ni sebenarnya resepi roti daging keju kak Noor masri...tp tak buat bentuk bun...buat cam pizza......jadikla pizza kurma daging sebab pakai rempah kurma kan.....

Semalam dinner buat pizza. Tiga jenis topping. Satu pepperoni n cheese, satu vege (mushroom and cheese) dan lagi satu beef rolls with mushroom. guna two type of cheese, mozzarella n tasty cheese.

Just a simple pizza lah imma. Topping pun tak banyak. My anak tu fussy eater. Tak reti makan pizza yg banyak topping. Kalau I buat selalunye topping tak lebih dari 3 jenis. Tu pun termasuk cheese.

I buat pizza pun mesti taruk cheddar dan mozzarella. Mozzarella tu untuk bagi rich dan melekitkan. Cheddar cheese pulak untuk menyedapkan sebab its tasty berbandingkan mozzarella yang tawar aje.

Tadi I buat pizza untuk lunch. Seperti biasa mesti buat 2 jenis. Satu taruk lobster dan satu lagi taruk smoked beef.

Pizza base dia mmg I buat sendiri. Senang je.

Bahan-bahan

    * 1 tsp gula
    * 1 x 7g (1/4 oz) atau (2 tsp) yeast
    * 1 tsp gula
    * secubit garam
    * 2 1/2 cwn tepung roti
    * 2 tbsp olive oil

1. Letak yis dlm air suam dan gula tadi utk 10 minit. Kacau sedikit
2. Letakkan tepung dan secubit garam ke dalam mixing bowl. Letakkan mixture yis dan olive oil dan uli sampai jadi kenyal.
3. Bila sudah siap menguli, letakkan semula di dlm bowl yang telah di lengserkan dgn minyak dan tutup kan dgn plastic wrap. Perap selama 1-1.5 jam atau sehingga dough tadi naik 2 x ganda.
4. Bila nak buat base, just bahagi 2 dough, dan canaikan bentuk bulat dan letak topping.

nak tanya skit.....aper beza dia tepung gandum ngan tepung roti....kiter selalu guna tepung gandum jer....pastu kan kat base dia mesti cam tak masak jer...tak lembut mcm yg beli kat kedai...
