oh oobi...bolts lost today ...so the ravens will go to Pittsburgh for AFC Championship...Good luck to both team

actually, chargers defense played really well against steelers offense. however, they were on the field too long. if tomlinson played, i had a feeling chargers would win the game as their offense should be able to exploit steelers over the air. san diego needs to find replacement for LT next season and prepare him when LT leaves.

steelers defense can be exploited. if a team can run the ball against them, they can be beat. their pass defense is just over average, in my opinion. if pittsburgh made to the big dance, which i hope not (don't want them to win their 6th title), i believe either the eagles or the cardinals can play with them (the cards need to be creative when running the ball).

hope the cards win their 1st SB... some say steelers could win it coz they defense is so tough, but i believe cards' offense will overcame it... if they play hard..

keys to win the game

cardinals:
1. control the clock by getting their running game going from the start of the game. never give up. this will keep steelers defense honest instead of clogging the passing lane and double cover their wideouts.

2. control line of scrimmage. keep kurt warner standing up in the pocket.

3. exploit mis-match. look for opportunity to leave fitzgerald by himself.

4. rush, rush and rush the passer.

5. ken whisenhunt, ex-steelers offensive coordinator, needs to apply all his knowledge about steelers defense and exploit it.

6. protect the ball, protect the ball, protect the ball. warner has been known for fumbling the ball in his career.

steelers:
1. control the clock and keep cards league #2 offense off the field. just like the cards, steelers need to keep their running game going.

2. try to hold cardinals almost non-existence running game (last in the league) by using 5-6 men front. if they can do this, they can play nickel and/or dime throughout the game, which means they can double cover fitzgerald and boldin to limit their movement. this will also free up polamalu to blitz from anywhere he wants.

3. rattle kurt warner early in the game. this will kick warner out of his comfort zone where he can deliver the ball anywhere he wants with his quick release.

4. don't give up big play; either from cardinals wideouts or their secondary.

go cards!
