ada orang kata kalau workout tu kalau boeh selang 1 hari sebab dapat bagi peluang utk badan kita rehat dan repair balik otot kita.

tapi tab tak dapat la....rabu-khamis-jumaat kena workout memandangkan tab tak mau workout waktu weekend dan rabu-khamis-jumaat ni ada hari yang paling sesuai utk workout.terutamanya khamis tu.ada kelas fitness yg menarik,mesti datang.isnin pun pergi gym,tapi selasa tak.

seronok lak dapat bersenam ni.betul la orang kata.bersenam ni memang paling malas dan paling susah nak buat kalau tak penah cuba.tapi bila kita dah buat,memang susah nak tinggalkan.

sebabkan dulu tab lari atas treadmill tu paling lama bertahan pun 2 minit.sedih giler tapi sekarang ni 10 minit atas treadmill kacang je

   xper..boleh jer tak de masalah..tak dpt selang sehari pun ok jer...
syik sendiri pun waktu tak senam belasah hari je..sbb ada masa malas senam so tak senam la hari tu..

selalunya pas 3 hari senam, syik ambik cuti sehari.. mcm tu la..

   memang pun, senaman paling susah nak mula..tapi bila kita dh mula sarung kasut n bergerak..insyaAllah boleh buat punya...
tahniah tab sbb skrg nie stamina dah naik... bila dah njoy workout, mesti jadi rindu kalau tak dpt workout..hehe

xin ni start senam2..
br2 ni, terkena serangan lelah, rehat 3 hari...
hari ni mulakan balik...berlari2 atas treadmill selama 20 minit...
