I pun selalu cari guinea pig untuk test my masakan. Most of the time my hb dan anak2 yg jadi sasaran I. Tak pun orang kat office...

Cheese kat tengah roti macam memanggil2 aje, satu I respect orang buat roti, sebabnya I memang tak reti nak buat. Tak pernah try lagi. Order kat Plat je lah  |

Ala Plat....walau apapun, tekak I ni masih tekak Melayu...mesti nak jugak belacan and others...lain2 tu hobby je
I masih ada simpan ikan jeruk masin kat dalam peti ais, masa hb gi outstation, I goreng banyak2..heheh. So boleh buat stock untuk myself. Perah limau, letak bawang merah kecik, peh tu makan dengan nasi panas2....yum yum!

anyway, cheq nak tanya sapa penah try resipi bun kak noormasr. Puan pulut buat tp heran awatla dough dia lembik berayaq2.. sukatan tu betoi ka atau tuan badan yg sukat tu tak betoi.

Ni nmpk gaya ni, your input kena kurang sikit le or you bangsa yg susah nak turun berat badan.
I so far, kalau rajin mmg senang nak turun. Tapi yg tak syok nanti my betis nak muscular lak.  |

Kalau both you and hb suka makan roti/buns memang berbaloi buat sendiri. Especially roti yg kita suka makan tapi tak de dijual kat kedai. Lepas tu you boleh taruk any filling ikut citarasa sendiri.
As for me lagilah berbaloi sebab hb, anak2 and I semua suka roti and buns....
Nak order?? Ok...roti or bun apa you nak? Nanti I PM kat you .... |
