Summary

Pod is a man without a dream. He's a country bumpkin who comes to work at a tinned sardine factory in Bangkok. One day, Pod chops off his finger and packs it in the can, prompting him to go around looking for his lost finger at various supermarkets. The incident convinces him to change his job, and Pod becomes a security guard at a large company. There he meets Jin, a lanky maid who carries a mysterious white book around even though she cannot read a single word written in it. The aimless Pod has a crush on Jin, a dreamy girl who dreams that one day she'll be able to decipher the meaning of the white book. In this bright, colour-splashed world of director Wisit Sasanatieng, Bangkokians can grow tails and a dead grandmother can come back as a chatty gecko to deliver a few life lessons to her grandson. It's a world where innocence is so precious and yet impossible to preserve. The unusual love story between Pod and Jin is set against the playfully ironic portrait of Bangkok, the city that offers false dreams and real disillusionment

well, i would recommend this movie...

LATEST ONE.
1. No country for old men - a lil bit slow but can't resist the temptation to watch it till the end.
2. Rambo 2008- kinda short but the action are so packed.
3. There will be blood- this movie is so lengthy but all cast performance is superb.

OLD MOVIE
1. Snatch- So funny and black comedy.(Brad Pitt) Directed by Guy Ritchie.
2.The Prestige-about two magician that are friends initially but turns to be enemy.
3.Silence Of the lambs-a thriller about a detective try to hunt a psychotic killer.

so, that's all for me. for further info, please surf the IMDB website. sorry, if my recommendations are not suit with you guys.

paling suka dan diingati tentulah a walk to remember. very touching story. kisah budak nakal dan bermasalah yang disedarkan oleh seorang gadis lurus yang hampir mati.last mereka kahwin but a few weeks later, girl tu mati dan akhirnya si nakal jadi mahasiswa kedoktoran.

I would like to recommend Zhang Yi Mou's Raise The Red Lantern (Gong Li), Somewhere In Time (Jane Seymour, Christopher Reeve) and The Family Stone (Sarah Jessica Parker, Claire Danes etc).
