My father hari-hari workout and exersice. Dari jam 7.45 pagi - 10 pagi. 11 - 2 petang rehat. 2.20 petang - 5 petang exersice balik. Malam dia tidur awal. Yg peliknya dia adalah perokok. Makan - alahai sikit je. Rasanya tak sampai 2 senduk nasi dan sedikit lauk dan sayur.

gambatte syik!

i seminggu tak minum air manis..
tp tadi lunch terminum teh o, sbb bf pegi oder air terlupa nak tanya i nak air apa...cuma tak larutkan gula tuh la..biar jek kat dasar..

selalu kalo lunch out, if nak minum air berperasa pun mintak air kosong perah limau jek, tanpa gula..

malam kemarin fes tyme ai mintak teh o panas tanpa gula kat kedai makan mamak...mula2 takut gak dianggap pelik...tapi, diorg diam je...tak tau la apa dlm pikiran masing2...
kalo kat rumah mmg minum green tea without gula. sedap. segar je badan.

syik jangan la compare masa syik sihat walafiat dulu...yg ai compare ni dengan keadaan kita yg sakit kaki tu...
tapi nak compare dengan syik yg dulu pun tak tercapai langsung tahap syik.
ai senam jogging 15min, power 15 min, step exercises 5 min...kalo zumba dalam 30 minit.

gane nak lencun kalau gitu je gaya senamnya...
