dh jd tabiat.. mata mmg x ngantuk langsung... slalu tido pas subuh je...psal kamikaze neh,saje nk kecikn badan skit..  ye la.. dulu pyh nk cari baju/suar size berxxxxxxl neh..

kalu kurus ,byk skit pilihan..lgpun makin ari makin tua.. penyakit pun sng nk dtg kn..

Mile for mile running burns slightly more calories than walking. The mechanics of walking and running are different, when running both feet are off the ground at the same time, however when walking one foot is always in contact with the ground, this is the key difference between walking and running. As you run and your body weight is propelled upwards so both legs can leave the ground at the same time resulting in a higher calorie burn.

A 200 pound man doing a fast walk at 4mph for 60 mins will burn 380 calories, where as the same man running at the same speed (4 mph) for 60 minutes will cover the exact same distance but will burn 570 calories; an extra calorie burn of 190 calories by running rather than walking. The greater the weight and the longer the duration the wider the gap of calories burned walking vs calories burned running.
That said the key thing is doing some form of exercise, going walking burns far more calories than not going out at all because you don't feel up for a run today.

timbang2 xturun pun. tp badan rasa ringan. last weekend minum jus buah + makan nasi 1 x sehari je. harao minggu ni nmpak sedikit penurunan

    yup...kebetulan my bro baru balik dari kg..so dia beli 3kg buah mangga.. kt umah ada stok buah oren sunkist..so main mixed + blend je...tp rina kurangkan gula lah.. so just rina xlah se manis kt kedai tuh...

ehehe..rina pakai blender biasa je. asal blh jadi juice sudah..heheh..owh..tak pernah rasa epal + celery. sll baca + cari resepi fruit juice , tp tak brani nk test yg mixed celery ni..nnti nk try laa..sbb rina prefer citrus taste..sbb tuh buah oren musti ada kt umah
