saya pun nak kongsi gambar donut saya..hari tu buat masa Xmas...tapi tak jadi sangat..keras & liat sikit..tapi anak saya makan je sebab dia malas makan nasi so dia makan donut je..sebab saya selalu cakap kat dia "sedap tak sedap makan je, nanti mama tak nak buat lagi"...so dia makan banyak2 ..dgn hubby pun i cakap mcm tu.....kalau hubby dia puji je sbb saya malas buat kueh.... sekali buat tu, dia seronok sakan, kiranya dia bagi galakkan la

ni donut saya cuba pkai resepi sifu suria..

cuma tukar... tak pkai susu tepung n gula.. pkai susu pekat manis je... sedap... tq ye..

cuma... ada org bg komen.. katanye berminyak sgt.. dia kata.. 3 sudu besar margerin tu terlalu bnyk utk 3 cup tepung.. ntah.. nnti nk try wat lagi.. hai.. tiap minggu la breakfast donut...

saya nak tanya lar pada yg pakar2 dan saper2 jer lar... saya ada buat donut guna resepi suria nie.. terima kasih yer... rasa donut tu sedap. Lembut jer... Saya buat tghari, lps dah kembang semangkuk :victory: , saya uli skali lagi dan tekan acuan. Masa tgh dok uli utk donut yg lain, donut yg dah siap tekap tu saya grg. Jd tak der ler b'minyak sgt donut tu. Mlm tu bila mkn, ok lagi. Lembut lagi. Tp bila dah masuk pagi, donut tu cam keras skit. Kenape erk? :geram:  Dah 2x saya buat, jd perkara yg sama. Bila satu mlm jer, dah jd keras sikit. Ingatkan, boleh ler buat srpn tp dah keras lak.... klu letak bread softener boleh ker erk? Ada saper2 boleh bgth tak naper jd camnie?

semangat je nk wat donut... dah 3 wknd buat donut... tp smua tak pkai acuan. aritu barula jumpa acuan tu kt kedai hardware.. hehe.. belila... tup2 nk wat donut.. hubby kata dah tak larat nk mkn donut.. soh wat karipap pulak... sedih jek.. tak supportive betul la... baru nk try guna acuan donut tu... sedihnyeeeeeee

French Cruller / Donut

Try buat ni last week. Resepi dan cara nak buat dia sama je dengan adunan cream puff tu cuma ditambah sikit gula dan digoreng bukan dibakar. Rasanya Churros tu pun cam ni jugak cara buatnya.

Part yg susah nak buat twist dia tu since maisya cuma ada nozzle star yg size kecik je so kena buat double layer baru nampak besar sikit.

Resepi suruh masukkan je sekali kertas minyak tu masa goreng dan nanti dia akan tanggal sendirik tapi maisya buat dia tak tanggal pun maybe sebab maisya lupa nak gris kertas minyak tu dengan minyak. Jenuh jugak nak tarik kertas tu

Nak kena carik nozzle star yg besar sikit baru nampak cantik, tak de la nampak kurus sangat macam ni. Kalau ikutkan ....sepatutnya adunan ni akan mengembang le jugak bila digoreng tapi maisya buat dia kembang sikit je... Nanti le akan cuba lagik buat.

Cruller ni boleh di gaul dengan gula halus/icing sugar (+ cinnamon powder kalau suka) atau boleh jugak bubuh glaze ( icing sugar + lemon juice ). Nak celup dlm melted chocolate pun boleh. Maisya gaul dengan powdered sugar je.

kita ni kenkadang ikut2 org. kalau tgk donut nya mcm biasa aje, cuma dia bubuh fillings, pastu dia org jual dgn harga yg mahal.....
