eerm....benda ni still dlm teori....tp rmi atlet swears by it.
citnye camni, bila sorg atlet/bodybuilder benti traning, diorg lost size, tp apabila train balik, kadar mereka gain balik muscle tu, cepat berbanding org baru...
lebih kurang la.....
sbb tu di panggil muscle memory....sbb kononnye muscle tu "ingat" keadaan asal dia sblm quit

maybe org len ada penjelasan yg lebih baik

korang swim kat uniten ke?
aku nak join bleh tak?
aku ni dah reti la swim skit2.. cuma maybe nak mintak bantuan karambunai tgk2 method aku tu betul ke tak? hehe

kena bayar ke nak masuk? berapa ek bayaran nak masuk pool tu?

bagus tak kalau exercises utk perut (abdominal and oblique) dibuat hari2? ada yg kata kena buat hari2, ada yg kata tak sebab otot perut mcm otot2 lain jgk, kompius...

otot perut ialah seperti otot calves, cpt recover, so tk kisah train hari2.
tp kadar recovery bergantung kpd genetik, rest time dan nutrition juga.
selalu abs aku kalo wat rutin baru, 2 hari baru recover

salam... nak tanya..

aku sedaya upaya cuba kekalkan makan 6kali sehari (aku nak gain weight)
mcm biasalah... sarapan, lunch dan dinner biasanya makan berat (ada nasi, lauk2 etc tu)
dan yg 3 kali lagi tu, makan snek la... sandwich, roti dan yg sewaktu dgnnya

tapi masalah aku ni..
kdg2 aku terlepas makan waktu dinner tu...
dan salunya aku malas nak makan nasi (sbb dah penat, balik umah dr opis salunya lewat)
so aku just ganti dengan 2 keping roti gardenia wholemeal+tuna+cheese+milo secawan..

soalan aku : adakah ia betul? atau aku kena gak makan nasi tu?

ok la tu.....setiap meal tak semestinye ada carbs, just pastikan ada protein

ermm...skrg tgh buat straight leg raises (kaki mencecah palang pull-up bar).
nak buat hanging wipers tp tak ckup ruang dan nnti org2 tgk pelik plak

owh bole ajer... jom la swim skali. tp alpha jarang ada. leh la tgk2 cara ko berenang.. kat uniten ok jer.. masuk rm2 jer...

mmg best la.. besar dan saiz half olimpik rasanya
