Double Cream

Saya tau dah discuss dekat sini, tapi saya still confuse lagi...

Saya tengah cari double cream utk resipi chicken tikka masala... resipe tu ada guna double cream.

Whipping cream yang dalam kotak dekat kedai2 bakery tu sebenarnya sama lah yer dengan double cream?

malam ni nak try pukol non dairy whip cream. nak buat icing untuk cake. ni 2nd time try guna whip cream. first time dulu buat whip cream macam tak menjadi...   hopefully cubaan kedua ni menjadi.

Adakah non dairy cream lebih tahan lama dari non dairy milk?...kalau ada lebih boleh masuk bekas bertutup dan boleh simpan di freezer ke?...berapa lama boleh simpan?...

Tapi haritu nak beli bakers's mix ni...penjual tu kata dah discontinue...dia cakap kilangnya dah tutup...tapi brand ni i yakin...sebab ada Jakim HALAL certification... ...

i suka pakai brand richs utk cover continental cakes.

soalan yg i nak tanya kat sini....  biasa deco guna buttercream...
boleh ke deco pakai fresh cream?  sebab hari tu piping guna nozzle hampess je result
tak jadi bentuk langsung...

sabtu baru ni i gi wedding..rasa wedding cake..suprisingly panas2 berdeting tu i ingat buttercream cake rupanya  blackforest cake with fresh cream..bentuk menten tau..siap ada rose pink made from fresh cream..stabil..rasa pun sedap cuma suhu biasala..kalau sejuk lagi  sedap..tapi mmg fresh cream tu tak melt tau..huhu..apa lah rahsia bakers tu agaknyaaa

itu la.. pernah gakk nampak mcmtu... huh.. kena tanya sifu mcmni...
sebab kadang2 ada certain2 kek, mcm continental cakes... tak sesuai deco guna buttercream...
best guna fresh cream... mcm yg lotus ckp la.. simple2 je...yg I tau kena guna non diary punya eh
utk bg jgn fresh cream cair? am i rite?
sebab kalau yg uht whipping cream cepat sgt cair... kalau pukul richnon diary tu & biarkan laaaama before sapu pun tak cairr sgt...
cuma tu la...  bila masul nozzle mcm tak ikut pun aku pusing2... fenin makkk !!!

em, banyak recipe kt internet pasal stabilized whipped cream.
gelatin is one of important ingredients to stabilize the whipped cream.

i pakai fc tu, i letak sikit meringue powder..sifu ckp dulu fungsi powder tu utk bagi maintain bentuk..ok jgk kot..sbb klu i x letak..mmg lain sikit...dulu time i kawen..kakak i sponser kek yg fc tu..mmg bentuk rose sdap sgt..tp org tu ade pesan..jgn bia lebih 2 jam kat lua keknye..nanti cair..

saya banyak wat kek guna fresh cream.....biasa saya guna non-dairy whipped cream sebab rasa dia lebih sedap dan sudah sedia manis.....warna dia juga lebih putih.

saya pernah guna jenama Rich, Bakers Mix, dan a few lagi....but the one that I like the most is jenama VIVO, fresh buatan Singapura dan yang penting, HALAL.

whip cream VIVO ni stabil dan kalau di simpan di bahagian refrigerator pon dia okay....

nak wat roses pon okay,macam yg saya buat kat bwah ni....saya tambah perwarna merah....hehehe...
