alamak...dagu ni way aku terliur jer...
nak buat...stok velimbing dah abis...
ujung minggu ni nak balik kg la...
nak carik kat pekan benta...sure ada jual belimbing ni...
tak pon pg pekan lepih....hehe!

dagu...aku suka jugak campo dlm masak lemak ikan kalang...
or masak asam ikan patin..buat ganti tempoyok... hehe

kg aku kat raub....tp selalu pg pekan benta sbb hasil kg dia murah2 compare ngan pekan raub..

selalu klu isi dalam gulai tu..kena basuh sikit...
klu tak nnt kuah gulai tu pulak itam.....
kuk ada org tak selera pulak..
tp pd aku.....itu yg bess.....

nak tanya kenkawan kat sini..saya ada stok belimbing buluh ni..tapi bukan yg direbus sampai hitam..yg ada cuma yg di taruk garam & dijemur sampai kering & hitam...(org aceh panggil asam sunti)....agak2 bole tak di jadikan sambal hitam?

ipah boleh... ada member ofis saya pernah try guna belimbing yg dijemur... dia kata rasanya sama jer dgn yg saya buat guna asam belimbing rebus tu...

ura & cik mala... dagu dah confirm dgn pakar buat belimbing hitam ni kat kg... dia kata memang tak yah tarok air pun... & kacau 2 -3 kali jer juz utk elak dia berkerak kat bawah & make sure api kecik jer... itu yg buat lama tuuu
