mmg boleh pakai butter atau minyak biasa ..
yg penting ikut selera..
tapi orginal resepi mmg gunakan ghee.

Bai pakai kacang dhall lagi ker?

Ya pakai kacang dhall sebab saya memang minat kacang dhall. Kat rumah memang stock kacang dhall. Tak boleh hidup tanpa kacang dhall.

siyes terliur nak makan kek lapis sawak..

cuma tak rajin buat jer.. giler lama

tak per.. dah call adik kiter yang dok kat kuching tuh.. wife dia suka beli.. ku mintak pos ke sinik setengah talam kek lapis batik ker hapa nama dia

tahun lepas dia ada bawak balik sabah masa raya.. sedap kek tuh.. tapi mahal katanya.. rm150 tak silap satu talam kecik tuh..

boleh ler buat lepas liur

Kek lapis memang mahal sekarang ni. Tambah2 lagi ingredients buat kek lapis mcm horlicks, koko, jem, gula etc semuanya dah naik harga. Nak buat sendiri tedious sebab berlapis2. Saya kadang2 buat lapis lebar2 sp. cepat habis.

Kacang phool punya cerita. Memang sedap sgt. Dah 2 kali buat guna kacang dhall. Nanti nak cari kacang parang. Puan Nurmimie, belajarlah buat sendiri.

dh beli canned foul, tp xde masa sesuai to cook..
kadang2 buka puasa kt U je..

tp kan kak,
wani nk kan kepastian la..
kt recipe kak kenko tu, die tulis kacang tu kene blend ekk?
if canned foul, kene blend jugak ke?
wani kenpius ni..
kalo blend, kirenye xde la kacang sebiji2 ekk?

(haa, dh banyak"ekk" dh tuu)
sorry la kalo wani silap bace..
sbb xpenah buat, n xpenah jumpe, tu yg tny..

Dik, Kak Bai guna kacang dhall je utk buat kacang phool. Sini susah nak jumpa kacang parang dlm packet. Lagipun minat kacang dhall & rasa sedap buat kacang phool. Mcm kacang dhall saya rebus sebab lembut. Adalah berketul2 jugak. Yg last tu memang hancur abis & sedap pulak. Kena tanya Cranko.

Kalau dah lembut tak pyh blend lah dik. Kalau dimasak memang hancur jugak.

nak tanya Bintang nie kat mana. saya pernah cari broad beans nie tp x jumpa.
bila g s'pore pasti beli 5 tin skali coz sedap import from arab.

Yahooooo......... Cranko, finally jumpa kacang parang dlm paket besar. Saya beli je utk buat kacang phool. Itu utk project esok hari. Yeaahhhh...... Ingat nak celebrate dgn kacang phool for 16 Sept. Rupa2nya kena buat project popia basah pulak. Teringat kat Dewi. Apa khabar Dewi sekarang ni.
