kalo kat true fitness tu biasanya 100+ utk per session. kene amik dlm 10 ke 15 session kut... paling2 pon, tu pon habis2 pujuk dptla rm85. tu pon kalo dah penah amik sebelum ni dptla rege tu. |

biasanya kalo pegi gym, warmup dulu dlm 7 minit pastu selalu guna strider, setkan mode fat burning tapi heart beat kejap je naik.. dlm 150++ gitu.. maknanya tak burn fat eh? ke cemane? sbb kalo setkan fat burning, dia akan kata target heart rate dlm 126 gitu..ikut berat saya la.. |

Ain baru je baca info pasal masa yang sesuai untuk timbang berat badan ni. sebaiknya jangan timbang sebelum period. timbang paling baik seminggu selepas period...
tetapkan hari untuk timbang berat (sebaiknya jumaat coz kalau timbang on monday biasanya sat n sunday kita cuti. kemungkin makan lebih sikit atau kurang bakar lemak)
ermm... sebut pasal berat tak turun2 ni, perkara biasa. sebenarnya pergi gym tak akan mengurangkan berat badan kita. aktiviti seperti yoga, belly dance, kick boxing, hi-lo, fit ball semua tu hanya untuk 'fitkan' musle kita je dan shapekan badan.
sebab tu berat badan kita tak turun. tapi badan jadi lebih mantap, pejal dan berbentuk.
kalau nak kuruskan badan...cepat dan mudah... pi buat lipo la... tak pun pi amik pakej keep slim ke, slim world ke, marie france bodyline ke...

mesmerize: celeb fitness OU; monthly fee rm149. memule je kene bayar 398... hehe i kat ou.. if pegi sane jumpe JK, cakap u tau dari yuyu... if sharmaine dia ketuk 199 monthly n joining 498 (ditch dat pompuan jahat hehe) oh btw ur rite, maintai 127-135 don't go beyond that sebab if more than 135 tu dah kire u buat cardio tu kuatkan ur jantun. walaupun bepeluh sakan, tapi function die no more for fat burn. sbb tu dnasihatkan jangan lari. sbb once we hit the threadmill even with a slow jog, the heartrate akan naik over 135 after 4 minutes. btw, PT if kat celeb ou mahal 10 sessions 1400 tak isilap i...but i know PT dia yang diam2 buat freelance.... 10 session 500 (1 session = 50 je). if katekanla u ade kawan, krienye korang berdua, siap dia bole train dua serentak so korang bayar la sorang 250 tapi dpt enjoy 10 sessions. =) |

aiseh, i ingat, lagi berat lagi cepat dia burn fat. kalau ringan ( paling ringan 5 kg ke 0.5 ? x sure lah) tu rasa

kalau u student...kene dlm rm100 jer... sebln......
so far okay..tapi banyak cina lah.....tu yg syok sbb kita tak malu sgt dgn cina2 ni.....
melayu berapa kerat jelah.......
equipment cam readmill pun banyak, so takyah nak que2 cam few FF.
if you really2 want to joint gym, baik gi tpt2 yg cam ni like myfitess, FF, cali and etc......oh ya ada sekali sauna & stim......kalau nak buat spa ke, manicure pun ada tapi rege lain lah...... |

1/2 peanut butter sandwich
1 serving of power bar/protein shake
usually i would take less than 200 cals per meal
ada combination of protein n carb
nasi ngan lauk pun boleh.. 1/2 piring saja la!
usually i makan 15 - 20 mins before exercise ( i nak stamina )
setengah orang tak leh makan cam tu, kang muntah..
so u kena tahu body u la
ada orang 45 min - 1 jam baru makan..

weight lifting nih bukan untuk burn fat
tapi untuk bina muscle
so kalau u buat weight lifting tapi lemak masih banyak
nanti muscle tuh tolak lemak tuh
so pasal tuh badan tak lose inches
tapi muscle nih increasekan calorie burning masa tak bersenam
and muscle lagi berat dari lemak so pasal tuh berat tak turun
kalau nak lose fat
you buat cardio, cam treadmill ke, elliptical ke
tapi make sure heart rate tuh ikut fat burning punya mode
rasanya ada tulis kan dekat mesin2 tuh heart rate untuk fat burning and cardio
fat burning nye heart rate lagi kurang dari cardio
and buat weight training untuk fitkan body you
i rasa even berat tak turun tapi mesti stamina dah naik
and dah lose inches kan?? |

u kena beli weight yang u boleh angkat 8 repetition-10 repetition sahaje kalu u focus nak lose fat, and define good muscles ... the last 2 reps tu mesti susah nak angkat , (tapi bukan tak leh angkat langsung) |
