KitchenAid ni sangat bagus. Belilah. Nak buat roti, kek, biskut semua boleh.

Rumah saya ada tiga jenis mixer -- tapi saya tetap suka kitchenAid. Senang nak jaga, senang nak guna etc

saya pun tengah survey mixer antara kenwood atau kitchen aid...yg mana bagus yer?ada kawan surveykan kenwood kat singapura rega lebih kurang rm1700,kitchen aid kat cni dlm rm2000....X tahu yg mana nak ambik...Ada cadangan x

kitchenaid. motor KA lebih baik drp kenwood.

kenwood tak payah pergi singapore, kat jusco pun kual rm1.7k.

kitchenaid mmg idaman tapi reganyaaa makkk aiii...kalah rega oven dan barang sewaktu dgnya...maybe in future nak gak ada satu..

ni nak tanya korang ni...hand mixer saya dan rosak..ring dalam dia dah haus..saya agak benda ni jadi coz masa guna batang diaselalu berlaga dgn bekas...so saya ingat nak beli standmixer plak..mana tau jangka hayat dia lebih lama..brand apa yg ok dan affordable eh? i mean less than 500 camtu..philip? pensonic? sharp? which brand yg ok..dan ciri2 apa yg penting utk stand mixer ni? i selalu bake 1-2 kali seminggu..

blue, kalau kerap guna, invest lah kat mixer yang mahal sikit, takpe, sebab akan pulang balik modal sebab kerap guna.

to me, kalau every week memang guna mixer, kira kerap lah tu. my aunt punya kenwood usia dia lagi tua drp usia saya yang dah beranak 2 ni. tapi ni kenwood zaman dulu, memang tahan lasak.
my point is, beli yang ribu2 pun, tapi kalau kerap guna, berbaloi, tambahan pula tahan lama kan. after 20yrs dah pulang balik modal rm2k spent on the mixer.

yup mmg sebolehnya nak invenst on KA tu..tp bukan sekarang..kena menabung dulu..and for timebeing kena gak beli yg "biasa biasa"...i dah try mix guna tgn walla berpeluh nk tunggu till light n fluffy..

Red K.aid and red Oven..wallla sure eye catchy dapor ku nnti..

Bantat tu bukan disebabkan mixer jer dik ...

disebabkan:

1. tepung yg digunakan dah lama or

kalau guna serbuk penaik .. tak betul sukatan

2. Oven punya kepanasan tak betul

3. Telor digunakan

dll lagi.

Selalunya .. juga bila guna mixer tangan --- pukul telor dgn gula sampai kembang. Warna dia jadi hampir keputihan./cream

heehehehe cerita lucu: Baru ni saya buat kek ... bila dah cukup satu jam bakar -- pelik tengok tak naik naik dan warna still warna putih. Check chek rupanya bubuh tepung biasa bukan tepung self raising. Nyampah betul

So bukan disebabkan mixer kek bantat ... banyak sebab musabab lainnya

Rasanya dah ada saya bagi pendapat tentang stand mixer kat satu thread dulu .. siap letak gambar.

Kalau setakat nak buat kek utk makanan kita (ahli keluarga) tak perlu yang heavy duty. Tapi kalau nak buat roti segala ..kena lah beli KA. Sebab dia punya uli tu boleh buat roti lembut banget!

tulung jawab jap...kalau kt msia better beli mixer mcm KA je..pasal panas kan,senang roti nk naik.BM ni utk negera sejuk -nk naikkan roti tak buleh.sb tu wujud BM.

KA mixer ni multi purpose..tak yah beli BM da..

Saya beli BM sebab terikut dgn kak Noormasri. BM ni yang boring satu jer --- hanya boleh buat roti bentuk kotak (mcm roti pound) tu. Roti pintal dll roti kena guna oven.

memang memburingkan pasal dia punya func 1 je kan..lain2 func ado tp tak syokla..tp antara BM n KA,bila buat roti,BM lg lembut hasilnya.cuma kt msia better beli KA la..kalu nk multi purpose pasal msia takde masalah nk proving dough.
