adakah perlu dikawasan yang komersial? atau seeloknya aku ambil lot didalam mall?

co. saya bakal membuat printing menggunakan kaedah heat transfer. around september 2007. plasticol ke plastisol transfer? Here some info about plastisol transfer. hope this would help

Plastisol Transfers are basically screen printed designs that are printed on a special heat transfer (release) paper instead of screen printing the design directly to a garment. Once the design is screen printed onto the paper, the printed heat transfer papers are shipped to you so you can put them on t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, etc with a heat press.

Unlike inkjet transfers, plastisol transfers can't be printed at home with an inkjet printer, they must be printed by a professional screen printer that specializes in custom plastisol transfers.

They can be used to decorate dark colored t-shirts or light colored garments, 100% cotton, 50/50, Nylon and other garment types.

Plastisol Transfers can be applied to a garment several different ways:

Cold Peel: Applied with a heat press and peeled off once the transfer is cooled. Usually has a glossy look.

Hot Peel: Applied with a heat press and peeled immediately after pressing, while the transfer is still hot. Usually has more of a matte look.

Hot Split: Applied with a heat press and peeled immediately after pressing, while the transfer it hot. Some of the ink transfers to the t-shirt and some of the ink stays on the transfer paper causing a "split". This is supposed to give the final design the softest hand with a matte finish.

Several of the specialty printing techniques done by traditional screen printers can be done with custom plastisol transfers. This includes (but is not limited to): puff printing, glitter printing, foil printing, four color process screen printing, sparkle printing, etc.

Out of inkjet printed transfers, vinyl transfers, laser printed transfers and opaque transfers, plastisol transfers have the highest print quality and best durability of them all.

Sorry la. post ni in english. tu explaination yg saya dapat thru a friend in US. dkt malaysia ni ada gak jual plastisol ink & paper tapi useless gak kalau beli then x tau mcm mana nak screen kan atas paper tu. paper quite expensive RM 5.00 per pcs.

aku nak tanya korang la....

mmmm macamana aku nak ckp nih....

gini... korang perasan tak ada kaca atau kristal yg ada gmbr kat dlm tu... mcm sourviner gak laa... mcm ukir kat dlm tu.... korang tau tak nama mesin tu.. mana bleh dapat mesin tu.... dan berapa harga....?...

pasal hari tu aku pegi jalan kat genting.. aku ada jumpa cina buat benda ni.. kita bleh bagi gmbr lagi dan dia bleh ukir gmbr kita dlm kaca tu....

aku rasa bagus laa bisnes nih... mcm2 bleh buat.... market pun tak susah....

takdelah aku buat sambilan jer baru ni nak dpt satu order tapi aku tak tau nak bagi price bape RM 120 for 12 x 2 ft ok tak?

apa kata reffer dekat kedai2 printing yang lain. call dan tanya harga. tapi nada tu kena lah seolah olah anda ni customer. dari harga2 yang mereka bagi tu senaraikan dan kemudian buat perbandingan.
benda mcm ni kena buat research sendiri.

nasihat aku before bg quotation, try tanya supplier printing dulu..
klu print kuantiti sikit harga agak mahal
