Just like other celebrities around the world, Siti Nurhaliza’s influence can benefit any side in conflict (whether big or small). In this case, her support for Palestine is undeniable.
But what about her decision to perform with David Foster?

Not trying to justify but rather for you to understand their position as a global figures. These stars didn’t even hide their stances on Palestine especially Siti which something that we have to be proud of.
Most Palestinians movement have been trying so hard to push the celebrities at least have just one post or stance on the Palestinians side which most of them failed to do. But here, we are busy looking for who they are ‘performing with’ rather than their contributions and stance. |

As Indonesians, they are familiar with Siti Nurhaliza and approached her just two days before the show. She accepted without hesitation. As a professional singer, it’s understandable she thanked DF in her post, as he was the main star and had to approve the performance. |

So at this point, you gotta understand who is the organizer and who is being paid. Both Siti and DF might have been paid by the Indonesian organizer (Color Live Asia), not Foster’s team.
