Vixx Eats Chickens with 300 Fans to Celebrate Winning First Place
Vixx kept its promise with fans by holding a chicken party.
The Vixx members gathered their fans at a place near Gangnam, Seoul on December 14 for a chicken party.
The chicken party was held in celebration of the group’s winning the first place on the December 6 broadcast of KBS’s Music Bank, with the song Voodoo Doll.
Vixx had promised, when it debuted, “We would like to eat chicken with you all if we win the first place someday.”
The chicken party was attended by a total of 300 lucky fans. It has been reported that more than 3,500 fans applied to attend the event within 10 minutes after applications opened.
Meanwhile, Vixx is currently actively performing the song Voodoo Doll.
Vixx Members Become Baristas for a Special Fan Meeting
Vixx presented fans with a unique fan meeting.
On December 11, the Vixx members became baristas in a café near Sinnonhyeon station wearing aprons and making drinks for their fans.
Over 1,000 fans gathered to the area in order to apply for the fan meeting, causing a traffic jam around Sinnonhyeon and Gangnam stations.
Only 100 fans were randomly selected to attend the fan meeting, and 20 were let in for each session, in order to enjoy their intimate time interacting with the Vixx members.
It has been reported that Vixx took special care of each of them by making drinks and singing songs for selected fans whose birthdays were coming up or taking exams soon.
“We want to thank our fans for coming despite the cold weather,” said Vixx’s N. “It was a unique experience to step off the stage and be able to interact with fans by making them drinks and talking with them. We will work harder in order to return their love and support.”
