practicality tidak sebegitu yang seperti kamu sangkakan... secara theory memang lah segala postulate boleh diberi.. hakikatnya gene expression memang penentu besar dalam phenotype sesuatu hidupan termasuk manusia.
bukan sahaja ketinggian, warna mata, kadar pertumbhan tulang kerangka, warna rambut, warna kulit serta lain2 ciri fizikal adalah dibawah pengaruh keupayaan genetik.. jika makan calcium dan vitamin D setiap hari sekalipun secara 'pool'nya tetap orang asia tidak akan beroleh ciri ciri phenotype caucasian / negros.. kndngan genetik serta potensi expressinya tidak sama.. |

warna rambut, warna kulit, warna mata, bentuk hidung etc tu semua takde factor environment. it depend pd inherited gene semata2. but height depend pd both environment n gene.. thats why i said pemakanan play role. if u said semua org di asia ada lah rendah2 sbab gene. nope. u r wrong. guess u never went to US, UK, those asian yg menetap lama di sana esp if they were born n membesar di sana, mereka semua tinggi2 spt kebanyakan org di sana jugak.. bcause of their diet.. n kalau u kata depend pd gene, then tell me kenapa org korea n jepun dlu rendah2 tp skarang tggi2? kenapa org korea selatan lbih tggi bbanding korea utara sedangkan mereka sama kaum, sama gene? |

where did you get data orang jepun rendah sekarang tinggi2? same goes to the korean? your lecturer informed you that?
height to the same extent..yes, it depends on your diet.. inadequate diet intake causes growth retardation, like those orang asli kids..the child look stunted.. but look around, the genetic potentials cannot cross what it has to do babe.. you may try feed your baby with calcium and vitamin D since pre pubertal age till they achieve menarche and see how much they grow.. tall like those caucasians or just within our asians range? your child may be taller 1-2 cm but definitely cannot be tall like the caucasians .. still they fall in the range of asians group.
and blaming the oily foods etc.. like.. eh the westerners do eat oily things.. the burgers and everything, they still maintain their average height.
and the indians in india do drink milk everyday, do use milk in their cookings daily, for example the kerala, karnataka or tamil nad states people, why dont they grow taller than us the south east asians? in fact they just as tall as us shj..
in our long bones there are germinal layers at the epiphyseal plate that dividing actively before the pre pubertal age, and stop when we attain menarche. this division of cells elongates the bone per say. it activity is controlled by the genetic expression by means of few hormones. this is the fact. you can read any osteology book to confirm this. yup. she did her research for her PhD so i do believe with her data. if not mistaken even dalam buku sejarah sekolah menengah pun ada state yg org jepun dulu rendah n kecik but they won over rusia if not mistaken during a war. n who said milk itself can make someone grow taller? n giving comparison to indian that clearly didnt eat meat at all. what do u expect? by drinking milk alone can make someone grow taller? who said? as what i said, nutrition. nutrition means whole complete diet intake including all the sufficient vitamin n minerals.. i guess u didnt know a lot of asian celebrities that their height are tall just like caucasian.. samuel rizal, lee kwang soo etc.. n i repeat, height is determined by gene and environment.. since we cant do anything with the gene esp if u r a dwarf.. but we can do something with the food intake.. not by giving vit d n calcium only.. but complete nutrition.. klau pegi bod kesihatan, ad sorg doc id dia ipes2 kalau tak silap. dia pn penah bg pendapat yg kata org jepun n korea dlu rendah but now ramai yg tggi bcause of westernized food.. |
