bro, skrg ni aku tak maintain, sbb not financially stable la.
sbb tu makin kecut

Bfast : oat + muesli + susu
11 AM : bread + peanut butter / tuna sandwich
Lunch : ns campur + ayam + telur
Pre-wo : tuna sandwich lagi...
Post : wo : protein shake
Dinner : nasi goreng kt gerai ( aku pastikan ada protein cam ayam, telur dll)
Supper : susu skim je...lol

lebih kurang camtu la dulu...tp skrg ni hancur....
aku igt nk wat deal ngn gerai ayam golek sini,
setiap hari aku bli sekor ayam, dia buleh bg murah ke x

woho.. ayam golek tuh.. keke

bata, nak tanya lagik ni...
aku kan, selalunya kalau makan sebelum workout
pastu bila dah workout dengan segigihnya...
aku mesti akan muntah semula pastu...
dah 2 kali jadi mcm tuh..
normal ke?
atau aku push myself too hard ek?

betul2 sebelum WO sape suruh makan solid food.
kalo nak makan solid food, at least satu jam sebelum WO la.
kalo dlm 30 min sblm workout tu nak minum kopi atau NO produk x pe la

yg kali pertama tu aku mmg makan berat la..
siap makan nasik semua... hehe

tapi yg second time muntah tu..
aku just makan weight gainer + roti
pun kuar jugak semuanya lepas aku habis workout..

mr bata..

kalau katakan hari ini aku main kaki...
esoknya mesti laaa kaki dan punggung aku sakit2 muscle soreness gitu..
boleh ke kalau aku banyak berjalan dan lari sikit2 for kardio??
tak kacau pertumbuhan muscle ke??

aku bli Dutch Lady low fat milk....kt hypermarket selalu ada jual
klo rasa2 takde hal kat bajet, bli HL low-fat milk la....aku rs cam mahal sbb tu tuka susu skim je...hehe
