Bahan-bahan

1 paket serbuk agar-agar 15mg
2 keping roti
6 cawan air
1 cawan gula
1/2 tin susu pekat
2 sudu besar mentega
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
Cincau yang dipotong kecil
Pewarna merah dan hijau

Cara-cara

1.Dalam periuk, rebus agar-agar dengan air sehingga larut. Kemudian masukkan gula.
2.Apabila mendidih, masukkan mentega dan susu. Kacau hingga sekata.
3.Ambil sedikit adunan agar-agar ini dan blend dengan roti hingga sekata. Kemudian tuang semula ke dalam periuk.
4.Dalam bekas lain, ambil sedikit adunan dan masukkan pewarna hijau sebagai kulit tembikai. Masukkan ke dalam loyang. Biarkan beku sedikit.
5.Masukkan adunan plain (tanpa pewarna) ke dalam loyang. Biarkan beku sedikit.
6.Kemudian, masukkan adunan merah ke dalam loyang. Taburkan cincau untuk dibuat biji tembikai. Bekukan di dalam peti sejuk.
