ada beberapa hari berat meningkat sampai 100 ke 101 kg... tapi teruskan senam dan diet sebab teringat akan perihal otot... timbang pagi tadi lega lah, ok ler penurunan tuuu... hehe, sebab dah start ade beberapa orang opis tegur badan kita tecit skit... so maybe muscle built up a bit, sebab dah rajin lari dan muscle training sekarang... hehe

   dlm beberapa hari lepas sampai 100kg? pas tu ukur jadi 89kg lak...
wahhhhhhhhh epol, cepatnya naik turun 10kg...
