Kurangkan makan especially makanan ringan dan yang tak berkhasiat.
Nak senang ikut saranan KKM tu separuh pinggan sayur, suku protein, suku karbohidrat.
Kurangkan atau jangan minum air yang manis.
Actually nak kurus tak perlu bersenam langsung. Senaman tu perlu untuk kekal sihat dan fit dan supaya otot kita juga kuat

hi mac, i dah test...lagi la pulak kalau bukan kaki senam jgn harap senang seminggu boleh kurus ....but yeah betul i skip and reduce portion..now i x la berisi mcm dulu dah selim sikitla hahaha eh! infact banyak! sbb i x makan nasii banyak..and i tgk vlog depa diet telur...im not sure if i can but rasa nk give it a try for 5 days starting ahad ni..we see how it goes.

Diet telur means makan telur je ke?
If just telur yes boleh turun. Sebab our body mass is made up of water, muscles and fats among others.
Dalam muscles pun ada water so bila kita tak makan carbs or go very low carb (makan telur je since telur ada minimal carb je in them), muscles tak dapat nak simpan water sebab carb yang hold water dalam badan kita.
So we tend to lose a kg or two awal2 tu sebab takde carb nak retain water. Those loss are just water weight.
Kalau in a day (x5 days) kita hanya makan 5 - 6 biji telur katakan, sebiji baru dalam 72 kcal (large egg) so per day our caloric intake baru dalam less than 500 kcal.
Depending on our height and weight, typically if kita average size (tinggi dalam 155cm - 160cm kira average perempuan Malaysia dan tak gemuk) our BMR most likely tak lari jauh from 1100 - 1200. That is the amount of calories we need to just be alive and breath, kira if in comatose ir just lying down in bed all day not moving, we need that much la for our organs to function perfectly.
So if makan takat 500 cals per day (egg fast) tu kira very low. For a short temporary period that practice will not do damage to our body sebab kita pun still ada fat reserves to be used as energy untuk kita function and live. The burning of our far reserves to be used as an energy replacement tu (sebab tak cukup calories intake) tu yang also menyumbang ke arah penurunan kekal (yang water loss di atas tadi tu tak kekal weight loss nya sebab once kita makan balik carb body akan retain balik air yang hilang tu).Cuma jangan makan too low for long sebab damaging in the long run.

exactly mac. anyway teror u and tq for the info... no i much taller than that..i just nak look younger and wear that skinny jeans and xnampak buruk.. .. but yeah for temporary okayla... and contol portion food. Basically and usually i just ate what i like... less sugar and coffee ni i tgh cuba for my blood pressure.. my sister gaining weight so much so i push dia jugak ni |

Mod Dila if taller lagi lah tinggi BMR, could be as high as around 1400 so make sure you get enough calories ya for your needs.
Maybe add olive oil or butter (100 to 120 per tbsp) ke to the egga at least higher calories but still negligible carbs so cepat juga turun.

Betul sangat ni...kalau ambik calorie kurang dari kita punya BMR tak elok untuk kesihatan. Bukan stakat metabolisma akan makin turun..fungsi badan pun akan merosot in long terms.
Tu la kelebihan orang tinggi ni...BMR tinggi..so boleh mkn lebih la...ha...ha...

Berat akak kalau timbang lepas jogging setiap hari 47.8kg...lepas mkn naik 48.5kg....gitula setiap ...

iols pnya berat statik dr bln 3 smp skrg...lagi sedih...kjap naik...kjap turun..kalo naik pn 1kg je...turun pn 1kg pastu kang dia naik balik pastu statik
zumba mcm org giler...smp tahap bleh burn 1k kcal time zumba...pulun zumba kdg 1 ari tuh smp 2x...bleh kata tiap2 ari zumba
pastu ada bt weight training 3x seminggu time bln posa...la ni dh xbt dh
mkn beli yg healthy food...smp skrg still continue lg beli healthy food tuh sbb iols mls masak....bfast je masak
skrg ni br tuka strategi...kalo sempat ari2 nk bt briskwalk dlm 30-45min...kalo xdan nk home cycling dlm 45min 1 ari lps blk kj...kena paksa...xnk mlm2 bt exercise
dulu2 zumba ada mlm2...la ni iols dh x joint...zumba amek weekend je...2x
tolong doakan iols istiqomah...sbnrnya...nk kekal istiqomah tuh yg payah...posa bt senin & khamis...kalo rajin bt posa yg hari putih...3 hari berturut2
ps: berat 103kg...tinggi 162cm...hwuaaaaa

ahaaa yeap i actually makan je apa nak, tapi small portion. Makan telor manjang tu i try tapi i rasa mcm adehhh life is too short seksa makan telor je...so i trial and error jugak...i makan nasi if i rasa nk 4 sudu je, tadi i sarapan telor dua bijik and kopi - so lunch i akan makan nasi 4-5 sudu and lauk extra ke apa lah...dinner i makan pisang and minum air bebanyak..kdg i makan gak coklat sikit. So far i dah lost 8kgs - so i aimed another 10 kgs..so i will be 60kg by then since im 165cm so i xlah kurus kering but slim and in shape and sihat itu je la harapan i but then again i have a broad shoulder so it will be difficult to look small...but mcm model maybe boleh heh hehe heh

Aku baru bersalin bln lpas…sblm bersalin tu last timbg 88kg..mak oi paling berat pernah aku achieve..giler ah…2mggu lpas bersalin turun ke 83kg…2mggu lpas tu turun ke 78kg…mmg slow melow ke turun camtu? Ada 20kg lg nk turun…nk 58kg…weken ni timbg lg…harap2 ada penurunan la… |

Okey nak share kot2 ada yg senasib. November tahun lepas berat naik sampai 82 kg. Dah kategori obese. Sis buat intermittent fasting 18:6, puasa senin-khamis, puasa putih. Dapat turun sampai 67kg dalam masa 7 bulan, 2kg je lagi from my ideal weight 65kg. Lepas tu cocok vaksin covid19 bulan June, 2 dos dlm 2 bulan. Terus sis stop semua diet.
Bila dah tak diet, berat naik 6 kg dalam masa 5 bulan
. Dari 67kg ke 73 kg. Sekarang ni baru start diet balik. Buat balik IF 16:8, lepas tu aktif berbasikal dan jalan kaki. Dalam masa 2 minggu, turun 2 kg. Boleh lah. Yg penting, jgn stress kalau berat lambat turun, just enjoy the process. Usaha takkan mengkhianati hasil. Semoga berhasil semua. |
