kalo tgk, cam susah....saya mula2 tu pk gak, boleh ke terpisah camtu......bila dah buat, baru faham sbb apa kek boleh terapung atas pudding solution tuh.....yg penat tuh, time pukul telur sampai jadik meringue tu jek.....yg lain simple

dah la bahan2 dia tu plak senang jugak nak dapat.....

yehaaa......1st time wat kek ni..
tapi adif dah wat silap tang putih telor tu (mgkin tercampor kuning telor)...
dekat 2 jam pukul...x kembang2.....penat tgn....
tapi menjadi gak lah rasenye... dan dpt gak merase kesedapan kek ni.....
yeahh....well done to me...

cass baru kejap buat kek ni version yg soulha tepek....sedap sgt...mmg tak menyesal la buat...hehe, ni tgh menaip sambil mkn kek....huhuhu....tp kan , layer kek yg bwh sekali tu pesal tak tinggi pon mcm org lain punye....rendah cam rupa base cheese cake aje....xpela, next time boleh try versi lain pulak...

gaul meringue ngan kuning telur yg jd cream tu guna spatula jek.......sbb dlm tu suh guna spatula.....pastu guna kaedah kaup jek.....sbb nak make sure sponge effect tu still ada (saya fikir macam tu la).....masa campur tepung ngan minyak pon, kaup pelan2.....
