pandangan sisi Islam mengenai MLM

Saya rasa ada orang salah faham tentang "running the business" dan "owning the business".

1) Running the business -> employee
2) Running and owning the business -> self-employed
3) Owning the business -> Business owner.

MLM agents are actually employees, but since they dont have boss ordering them around and they dont get regular paycheck,
we call them self-employed. Why not business owner ? Read on. We have 2 characters

Pak Ahmad (business owner who own petrol station)
MLM agents of Company X (they claimed to be  business owners.. lets take their words at face value)

Pak Ahmad decided to go vacation for a year. He hired his most trusted worker and he left to Europe. He came back and the business is sound. Money keeps flowing to him. Business is not jeopardized.

MLM agents also decided to take a leave like Pak Ahmad. Everybody left to Bali,Japan,Korea for a year. Company X got low sales, and business is jeopardized (maybe bankrupt).

Of course, its almost unrealistic for all agents of a Company to go on vacation at the same time. But in this scenario, MLM system is not performing on the same level as conventional business does when all business owners are doing what they love most (vacation).
So we cant call the MLM agents "business owners".

I love Robert Kiyosaki books and learnt alot from them, but that does not mean I agree with every single thing he said.

Luqmanz.. atleast u realize that it is not realistic for the whole agent to go for vacation.

Maybe the term business owner interpreted as "we must own that business.. that whole company" our name must be stated there... Being a member of a MLM company is like getting a dealership to sell its product. Say we are a Toshiba dealer.. we open a shop employ some staff and that certainly fall itu B Quadrant to u. The dealer ofcourse did not own Toshiba!!
The different with MLM dealership is, we dont need to rent a shop/office, employ any staff.. we just recruit, train and sell.

If one find day the dealershp contract is gone.. the Toshiba dealer business will still carry on.. maybe he will apply for Pensonic/Sharp dealer. Same goes to MLM business... if our distributorship/dealership c.o.a.ck up for what ever reason.. our business still goes on.. we will look for another product from another company.

Note: Sedih tengok kawan2 yang fanatik pada Syt MLM mereka.. walaupun bonus ciput (not even 4 figure) tapi masih melalak dan mendabik dada.."we are the best" "Inilah syt MLMaku yg pertama dan terakhir"..kesian pada keluarga mereka yg memberi kepercayaan dan harapn kepada mereka..namun keEgoan mengatasi segala yg perlu dilakukan.. Sorry side track sikit

To me the key issue is..how are we going to get to the I Quadrant faster. If i can be an Employee that are paid Rm1mil a year.. i dont care about being a business ownerr / self-employed... If MLM venture, can bring us to the I Quadrant faster... I rather focus on my MLM venture at this moment.

Some scary statistic about opening a new business... in US 70% of new business "gulung tikar"in their first year of operation... The figure may not be much different locally. If someone come to me with a business venture that has 30% success : 70% failuer ratio... i sure know what is my best opt...

It is not where we are now in the ESBI that matters....but when are we going to be at the I quadrant is all that matters

Chippo... some ppl still cant see the power of leveraging. As forme today, i choose to be at home doing my invoices while thousands of my dealer are out there.. some of them may be closing some sale now.. Thank God for MLM

Biasanya kalau upline tukar bisnes, downline pon ikut ke ? ataupun upline tu cari member baru ?

Kat US 95% syarikat ditutup dalam masa 3 tahun.

Dalam business ni kadang2 kita jadi upline kadang2 kita jadi downline... kita nilai peluang tu sama2.. antara upline dengan downline. Our network is our good friends... bila kita buat sesuatu, our strong ppl kita pastikan mereka juga buat duit sama.. baru la mereka feel secured bersama kita dan trust every step we take. Moral of the story... dont be extremely selfish in what ever we do

ada yang kata mlm ni haram kalo ikut hukum syarak.Cuba search psl mlm ni kt mana2 web n pasti akan terjumpa sesuatu yg menarik.Aku dulu ramai yg ajak join mlm tapi aku ragu2..yela..kalo untung, duit masyuk tapi duit tu kita buat makan..makan benda haram, kan jadik darah daging susah diri sendirik jugak..:lebai:

I would like to reserve my thoughts to myself. I am happy doing MLM although professionally I am still employed as a consultant in a huge MNC. Being in senior management, I guess you guys would probably know that I do earn a 5 figure income, nevertheless being in MLM has made me realise that I have far exceeded my full time pay.

It helps when the business is run ethically with sound explanation and being modest and aiming for realistic goals to prospects rather than promising them what they may not be able to achieve within a short span. I guess I am blessed to be able to make it in this scheme probably because, my siblings control the regional market in Asia and that has given me numerous opportunities that were previously not available to others.

To everyone out there doin MLM with honesty and integrity, I can only say

Issue MLM haram ni masih kabur.... Banyak benda haram terang tang-tang tapi orang buat tak tahu je. Contohnya Merokok itu haram...jelas ia lebih banyak memudaratkan bukan sahaja diri sendiri tetapi kesemua makhluk disekeliling kita...Jelas dan nyata. Tapi kebanyakan korang merokok semacam je.. baik perompak baik pak lebai 2x5

Contoh dua, berkerja di bank terang tang tang haram...dah jelas dalam hukum mengenai riba... tak ada tapi tapi tak ada but but...namun ramai masih berkerja di sana.. buat2 tak nampak je hukum yg telah jelas dan nyata tu. Nak cari makan pak...

Sebenarnya, apabila orang tidak bersetuju dengan sesuatu perkara, dia akan mencari segala alasan untuk menyokong pendapatnya itu..walaupun ianya masih kabur... walaupun ada 10 ustaz yang berpendapat sebaliknya.. tapi bila dia jumpa hanya seorang ustaz (ustaz zul agaknya...kekek) yang bersetuju dengan dia.. habis di canangnya satu kampung.. satu taman.

Sementara kamu sibuk mencari kelemahan dan alasan untuk mengharamkan MLM... orang lain sudah berjalan jauh mengukuhkan ekonomi keluarga.. walau petrol naik RM2.00 sekali pun, tak ada masa untuk kami mengeluh kerana orang yang mencari peluang sentiasa proaktif dan berfikiran positif...menyokong mendorong dan memberi galakan untuk sama2 produktif.. sama2 berjaya.

Alhamdulillah aku dah jumpa satu yg berteraskan keislaman...dah diiktiraf MLMS (syariah) tu oleh  mufti kerajaan indonesia.. kerajaan malaysia xde lagi pengiktirafan yg semacam ini..

adapun yg mencacatkan MLM ini kebanyakkannye adalah individu itu sendiri..salah konspe penerangannye.. hanya menghighlightkan kekayaan ribu ribuan sebagai tajuk utama.. maka mengakibatkan ramaila yang tertipu...
