Kamek selalu molah mee hongkong makei sup Cina. Tauk kitak sup Cina nak makei sirip ikan yu ttp kamek modify. Sik makei sirip ikan yu. Kamek tumis bawang putih/halia yg dah dihiris2 halus sampei layu. Baruk masuk air sekali dgn stock ayam/kulit udang (rebus tulang ayam dgn kulit udang). Masuk sedikit cornflour campur dgn air. Bila dah menggeledak baruk kamek masuk dak isi ayam & last sotong/udang. Berik garam & ajinomoto, sos tiram & sedikit gula. Last baruk sayur. Ada juak versi mee Hongkong nak jenis tomato. So tambah sos tomato jak dlm sup ya. Lepas tuang atas mee kuning yg dah dicelur dgn air panas.

Nang yummy.

Lupak mdh. Ada org campur sos cili dgn tomato. Baruk ada kick sikit. Sos ditambah masa numis bawang putih/halia. Selamat mencuba.

mee ya sik perlu di goreng kah......kenak kamek rasa mee hongkong yg kamek makan rasa cam kena goreng jak mee nya......mun nangga resepi kitak tok, rasanya mun di semenanjung tok org nunggah mee tok mee ladna........

Auk eh. Lupak kamek. Kamek goreng dgn sikit minyak. Kadang2 mun malas sik bergoreng ttp nyaman gik bergoreng. Pakei non-stick pan goreng mee & api mauk besar sikit. Mauk digaul cepat. Selamat mencuba.

BTW, kamek tgh ndiat gambar2 masakan Katak_Hijau. Menggoda sekali jak. Tok gik stuck dgn gambar Mee Laksa Swak. Nampak sedap sekali!

PS. Kelak mintak recipe Butter Chicken ya. Kamek pernah molah ttp main bantei jaklah.

mun kmk goreng gya, kmk suka k minyak bijan jak utk cantonese style ngan hong kong style..
