buat jela atkins diet tu.pastu puasa pun ok ja.pastu minum air masak bebanyak..ko takyah makan..lapaq sikit minum air kosong ja..lapaq buat sup sayur ke..tryla dalam 2 minggu..

p/s:kena kuat semangat melawan nafsu makan

setakat kayuh beskal dalam rumah tu kalau buat setengah jam sehari takkan kurus punya
aku bukan nak melemahkan semangat ko..aku cakap berdasarkan pengalaman sendiri je
nak cepat kurus, kurangkan makan nasi..malam makan ringan2 je, jangan minum air manis
exercise paling bagus kemas rumah hari2..free je

aku dulu beli gak beskal senaman
sudahnya sekarang jadi tempat sidai lepas basuh cadar selimut je

nak kurus xyah kluar duit sebenarnya....disiplin dan kawan nafsu mkn tu yang penting..

kesilapan TT tak makan breakfast dan malam pulak melantak nasik..ini yg buat naik berat bdn..

sepatutnya breakfast kena mkn heavy...lunch sikit..mlm mkn ringan2 je...mcm roti ke.. malam xgunakan bnyk tenaga..so xyh mkn bnyk2..

lg satu, bnykkan minum air kosong...skurang2nye 3 liter sehari...

duit rm500 tu simpan, buat beli baju bila dah kurus nnt..... good luck.

tt dulu berat aku 102 kg. anak 3 now berat 55kg. tips aku. starting buat atkins diet bila dah dapat berat ideal aku maintain diet kalori. tetiap ari buat skipping kat umah plus weight trainning tanpa ada alatan canggih. aku anak 3 boleh  kuruskan badan apatah ko yg anak dara.

dari ko beli beskal tu beh baik ko banjer aku makan..

Tt iolls ada basikal exercise ni tp iolls kayuh tak kurus pon yg kurus betis je.. Hahaha. Tgh survey nk beli treadmil. Tgk kat lazada ada offer byk ringgit jugak. Pegi tgk kt website dia.. Yg mini treadmil pon ada harga x sampai 300 pon. Tp kalau uolls yg pakai takut x sesuai pulak.

Btw iolls diet makan... Lepas tu amalkan makan kapsul pil halia. Makan 4-6 biji sehari mmg mujarab dan kg hilang byk
