How Romantic J (Jonghyun and Juniel) was formed?

Apparently Yonghwa and Minhyuk are busy acting while Jonghyun and Jungshin had nothing to do. The both of them don't want CEO Han to keep following them and Jonghyun knows that CEO Han allows Juniel to have her handphone, so he asked her to collaborate with him, so that she got money for handphone, and he got things to do to prevent CEO Han from following him. As for Jungshin, he went into designing of caps and etc.
