Setuju dgn sweet... mungkin sbb xde telur.. kurang cecair untuk larutkan gula terutama brown sugar...  brown sugar mmg susah larut tau.. kengkadang eija pun tensen bila buat sekut choc chip.. kalo pukul lama sangat nnt overbeat plak..

oic ingat icing tu akan jadikan cookiesjdai crispy tapi jadi plastik plak heheheh.....zaman dulu2 ingat lagi my sister ubah resipi biskut telur rebus dari guna 100% tepung gandum ke tepung jagung tapi rasa lagi sedap sgt........

haaaa...now i think i know nape biskut jadik keras....maybe sbb en razzs guna icing sugar....corn flour ni kadang2 leh buat biskut jadik keras....

xcited soh wife cuba biskut toasted almond tu sebab mmg sedap cookies nie..ari tu beli 50pcs RM35....mcm mahal je....tu yg ingat dpt resipi buat sendiri je....tapi hampeh plak hehehee

Kalo ada sekut yg xmenjadik jgn putus asa yaa... cuba lagi... try sekut yg senang2 dulu

TRUE LOVE COOKIES

Bahan-bahan:
200gm Butter
50gm Shortening
160gm gula aising
1 biji kuning telur
Esen vanilla

50gm Horlicks
70gm nestum – di kisar
50gm tepung jagung
300gm tepung gandum

Cara membuatnya:
- sama mcm sekut yang lain2 tu..
p/s - kalau adunan tak jadi doh lagi.. tambah tepung sikit2. tu je

Mesti sedap lemak berkrim.. sbb ada nestum & horlick

Biskut biasanya bahan asas

Mentega/Marjerin 250gm = Gula 150/160gm
Tepung Jagung = Rapuhkan Biskut
Tepung Kastad = Ada bau kastad & Kuningkan biskut , Biskut akan jadi gebu kalo letak banyak mesti campur dgn tepung jagung atau tpg gandum
Shortening = rangupkan biskut

resepi yg ni ke...

BISKUT COKLAT CIPS RANGUP [hanieliza]

Bahan A
250 g butter
160 g gula halus
1 biji kuning telur
1 s/k esen vanilla

Bahan B [gaul rata]
230 g tepung gandum]
20 g serbuk koko ] ayakkan
100 g coklat cips
50 g white coklat cips [boleh gantikan dgn coklat rice]
50 g badam cincang [roasted]
50 g nestum

Cara
1. Gaulkan butter dan gula sehingga sebati.
2. Masukkan kuning telur dan esen vanila. Kacau rata.
3. Masukkan bahan B perlahan dan kacaukan dengan senduk kayu.
4. Sudukan adunan kecil2 [besar guli] dalam loyang.
5. Bakar dalam oven yg telah dipanaskan suhu 180'C selama 25 minit atau sehingga masak.
6. Sejukkan dan simpan dalam balang kedap udara.

nie ha resepinya.i amik dari FP Helikonia..

BISKUT JEJARI OATS (Hellikonia)

Ingredients :

250 g oats
430 g flour
230 g castor sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
200 g Ghee
125 g butter
(I used margarine)
milk powder ~ for coating

Method :

1. Mix oats, castor sugar, cocoa powder, ghee and butter.
2. Add in flour, little at a time till you get a soft dough. You don't have to use up the whole amount. Can't actually remember how much I used, but it's less than the amount stated above.
3. Take a bit of dough and shape it like a finger. I used a cutter, just to get a more uniformed size.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 C till done.
5. Leave the biscuites to cool then coat with milk powder.

Gud morning.... hari sabtu arituh dah berborong sakan kat bagus... satu kotak besar...heheeh.. so mlm ni nak start bakar badam & kacang2.... pastu goreng tepung gandum.. org dulu2 jemur... tapi kita yg keje ni mana ada masa nak jemur... jemur pagi silap2 balik petang tgk tepung dok berenang...

Macam biasa x amik tempahan biskut... tapi macam biasa jugak tempahan dari bestprens xberdaya upaya nak tolak...

Macam biasa x amik tempahan biskut... tapi macam biasa jugak tempahan dari bestprens xberdaya upaya nak tolak

sama ler kita...saya plak ahad lepas borong kat Yummie bangi....ni ada lg  3-4 jenis brg yg lupa nak beli...nak kena repeat trip....

saya pun tak amik order...TAPI mcm biasa tiap2 tahun my sister & my SIL adalah regular customer...pastu bdk2 opis ni haa...nak tolak tak smpi ati plak....

kite pun dah beli sikit2 bhn..x ambk tempahan..just buat utk fmly jek..asl raya bekotak kuih raya bwk balik kg..mertua suka sgt ler menantu dia tiap thn x pnh miss bwk balik biskut

P/S : afieza, tepung gndum tu awk goreng kira utk cover semua resipi ya..

Ha ah... tepung tu goreng jer semua... masuk dlm bekas.. tapi berat dah kurang tau sbb tepung jadi ringan lepas goreng... kalo resepi yg pakai cawan ok laa... kalo yg timbang tu kena pandai2 adjust

paling sesuai untuk buat Tart Nenas & Biskut Makmur..

nak tanyalah..selalunya u all beli cooking choc kat bakeri mana yg elok ekk...

mcm saya beli kat BWY...bila wat almon london..dia nyer choc tu tak pejal sgt..bila buh lam bekas lama2 ada lah tompok2 coklat kat bekas......
