apa bahan marinade nya sis? warna nampak cantik

senang jah

biji lada hitam secubit,
biji lada putih ala secubit.
5 cloves garlic.
1.5 sudu besar gula
1/2 sudu teh garam
akar daun ketumbar or batang daun ketumbar sikit jah.
3 sudu besar light soy sauce.

sebelum nak start goreng itu, sis coated kan ayam itu dgn tepung beras, light coated jah. optional katanya. cuma lebih crispy hasil nya.

rasa dia well balance, tak manis sangat dan tak masin sgt.
itu pun akak marinade tak sampai sejam pun dah sedap.
kalau marinade lagi lama mesti lagi sedap

lagi sedap rebus dulu...tekak iols lah...dan takyah letak garam kunyit segala dah sebab masa rebus tu dah perisakan cukup2 sampai kering air...semua rasa dah meresap masuk dlm ikan

Rumah kat Putrajaya… memang tak pergi dah pasar Ramadhan sejak 3 tahun kebelakangan ni. Tension bila beli makanan portion sikit malah tak sedap. Lagi-lagi zaman GST ni. Tu yang sesenang masak sendiri je kebetulan ada banyak masa since self employment.

Semalam je lalu di Shah Alam singgah di bazaar Stadium Malawati, alhamdulillah tidak mengecewakan. juadah2 dia semuanya tak jumpa kat tempat lain. Dimsum halal, Sata Ikan Terengganu, Sambal Hitam Belimbing Buluh Pahang, Kek Lapis Sarawak, dan Ikan Pekasam Perak! Terbaik!

lepas beli pukul 5 tu cecepat gerak balik rumah takut jem! hehe

Owh.. tak pernah plk terfikir mcm tu.. sebab isi ikan kan cepat masak.. jadi minimum ooking dah cukup.. kalau rasa manis ikan tak hilang ok la...
