CNBLUE's Jonghyun confirms his vampire role on 'Orange Marmalade'

Get ready to meet CNBLUE’s Lee Jonghyun appearing as a vampire!

The guitarist has confirmed that he will be playing on KBS’ upcoming drama, ‘Orange Marmalade’ as the vampire Han Sihoo, the supporting male role for this drama which is based on a popular webtoon

Han Sihoo is a vampire who does not drink human’s blood, and has triangle love with the main character vampire Baek Mari and Popular student Jung Jaemin.

Jonghyun with his fair skin and tall height matches well with the character of Han Sihoo in the web-toon version, who has white hair and a pale complexion.

The drama’s representative said, “Jonghyun can maximize the character of Han Shihoo with his charm and visual. You may expect to see the actor Lee Jonghyun’s hidden acting skill as he shows a great enthusiasm in acting”.

This project will be the second acting project for Jonghyun after he previously earned the title of ‘Jang Donggun’s son’ for his role as Colin in SBS’ drama, ‘Gentlemen’s dignity’.

According to reports, actor Yeo Jingoo will star as the lead male character, Jung Jaemin, on this fantasy drama, while AOA’s Seolhyun is currently in talks for the character Baek Mari.

CN Blue′s Kang Min Hyuk Offered the Lead Role in ′Who Are You-School 2015′

CN Blue′s Kang Min Hyuk is considering an appearance in the upcoming drama Who Are You.

A staff of KBS′ new drama, Who Are You - School 2015 (tentative) told Newsen on March 19, "It′s true that Kang Min Hyuk is currently being considered as a male lead for Who Are You, but nothing has been confirmed."

Kang Min Hyuk was offered the role of Han Yi Ahn in Who Are You and is currently looking into it. If he decides to appear in Who Are You, it will be a television comeback after two years after appearing in SBS′ The Heirs in 2013.

Who Are You is a story that takes place at a private high school when the most popular student, Eun Byul, disppears and returns with memory loss. As people try to find out the truth about what happened to her, the reality of the school becomes revealed.

Who Are You will be directed by Baek Sang Hoon PD, who led KBS′ Drama Special Season 5 - Middle School Student A and KBS′ Secret.

The script will be written by Kim Hyun Jung (Drama Special Season 5 - Middle School Student A) and Kim Min Jung (KBS Drama Special - Happy Rose Day).

Who Are You will begin in April following the conclusion of Blood.
