aku pun kalau ada duit banyak nak beli kondo..
kondo ni macam privacy sikit..tak de orang suka-suka boleh naik ke rumah dan masuk ketuk pintu..sales man dan ajen gores dan menang pun tak boleh suka-suka masuk...hehe..

Khenz. Xpandai main property dia ni.

Banyak condo kawasan elit kl kena lelong. Cuma kalau nak beli tu kena banyak cash la. Si daiyan ni takde cash banyak kot. Yang datang masa lelong pun banyak chinese. Kalau si daiyan nak jual balik sebab tak mampu bayar bulan, takut tak terjual atau kena turunkan harga. Kalau landed atau condo yang low density betul laku la kot dan bole ambil untung siket.
