betul la tu, tapi klau nak ikut market sekarang, agak susah jugak nak cari rumah yg below 100K, at least kalau u nak beli apartment. u nak beli rumah kat mana? n brapa harge |

Bukan saya nak beli tp sy tengah survey rate bank mana yg besh untuk adik ipar sy.
Saya nak jual rumah pd dia...sy punya gov loan.
Umah tu flat kos rendah je kat Bandar Mahkota Cheras. Betul dkt Jusco baru tu.
Tak cek pun lagi market value berapa lagi kat situ...
Umah tu dulu saya beli RM42K je...tp dh namanya nak jual pd adik beradik berkira la lebihkurang sikit
Saya nak jual pd dia rm65k je
Pastu sy sendiri juga akan beli umah lain setelah umah ni dh dijual pd adik saya.
Umah yang sy nak beli ni di Seksyen 6, Kota Damansara. Umah Flat Kos Rendah juga

entahlah waksir, last time i call affin dia kata 6.30 BLR -1.6,maybe koken dpt best offer from the bank on that time.... |

ooo ... kalau camtu , bukan la fixed rate. (kadar tetap)
tu kadar yg berubah, kalu interest naik, so nt bayaran bulanan pun akan naik gak la.
kalu fixed rate tu maintain je sampai habis tempoh loan tu. |

betul waksir, dgn 4.99% fixed rate, u tak payah nak pening2 dgn turun naik BLR ni....kalu turun ok la....tapi kalau naik...pening jugak tu nak kena tambah kat belanjawan bulanan. Ok, cuba tengok table kat bawah just for reference..

aku rasa baik kau confirmkan semula dgn pihak bank.
sbb kalu fixed rate ... mmg takde blr .. tp kau kata sblm ni ada BLR (-ve).
so, biasanye ia akan turun naik |
