mcm ni...cepat ambik pen dan kertas, salin...nnt terlepas lak...(joking aja)
220gm selfraising floor
220 or 200 gm gula halus
choc chips - agak2 la, sebab saya akan campur dgn sedikit koko
gaulkan dan dah sebati, masuk la dlm plastik, heat sealed dan simpan dlm peti sejuk.
Kalau utk blueberry, sama juga tp jgn letak blueberry liquid paste.

Masa nak bancuh dgn bahan basah, tambah ni:
2 biji telu
175ml susu cair
1/2 cawan minyak masak
vanilla
dan pewarna cokelat beberapa titik
pukul semua nya jgn terlebih pukul, camporkan kat bahan2 kering tu, asal moist aja, dah mencukupi.

kalau kita biasa beli premix kat kedai kan especially yang bluberi tuu..
kan nnt ada bijik2 bluberi atau bluberi kering tuu kan..yg tuu nk carik kat mana ekk??
takyah buh esen bluberi pun..once bukak jer bungkusan tepung tuu..dahhh semerbak bau bluberinya..
same goes with kiwi, orange etc..

Saya buat mcm ni:
mix tepun mcm biasa,
bila nak buat liquid mix tu, ambil perisa blueberry campurkan kpd susu, telur etc tu.
Masa masukkan adunan yg dh siap tu, mula2 letak base dgn adunan, tgh2 letak b/berry fillings tutup dgn adunan td, atas baru letak b/berry lg....
saya tak penah pun letak blueberry kering, sebab, susah nk cari, dua sebab rasanya pelik sikit.
SENANG AJA...NI LA BISNESS SAYA SKRG..SELALU HTR KAT CUSTOMER MASA TGH PANAS2...THEY ALL REALLY APPRECIATE.

simpan dlm peti sejuk, sealkan supaya tiada air atau berbau dgn segala makanan lain di dlm petiais tu.And for that reason, my beloved hubby presented me with a petiais on my birthday last year...dia tk bagi campur segala tepung2 saya dgn segala sambal2 favourite dia dlm peti sejuk yg besar tu.

last kopek punya muffin..nak perabih stok premix yang dulu punya..
alang-alang keluar nk beli telur, singgah kedai beli blueberry fillings skali..
nak kasik meriah sket muffin tuh..ekekeke..
