Kim Soo Hyun Will Be Working During Lunar New Year Holiday It looks like aliens don′t get to celebrate Lunar New Year.
Currently acting in SBS′ You Who Came From the Stars, Kim Soo Hyun willl continue that passion through the Lunar New Year festivities.
"Although January 30′s episode is canceled, because the filming schedules are packed, it will continue throughout the Lunar New Year holiday," stated KeyEast. "The hard schedule of getting maybe an hour of sleep a day is continuing."
Kim Soo Hyun is currently making the hearts of viewers pound with his ever-improving acting in You Who Came From the Stars. He is acting as Do Min Jun, an alien who has lived on earth for 400 years and ends up falling in love with celebrity Chun Song Yi (Jun Ji Hyun).
With only two more months left before he must leave earth, Do Min Joon hasn′t been able to avoid his attraction to Chun Song Yi, bringing the drama closer to the 30 percent range in ratings (Episode 12 reached 26.4 percent according to AGB Nielson Media Research). During this process, Kim Soo Hyun′s crying scene in his latest epilogue has grabbed much attention.
To present a high quality production to its viewers, the staff and actors are continuing their struggles day by day.
As the drama frequently goes from past to present time, there′s no avoiding more time put into the filming process, even with the extra time that came with an episode cancellation.
"Kim Soo Hyun is powering through the filming with around one to two hour naps a day. It′s been very hard for his body," said the agency staff. "But his determination to showcase his best acting skills and a great drama to his fans is great. We′ll repay with a good performance."
