no more share resepi2 yg mengiurkan bukan atkins..hahahah



Fried prawn:
gaul udang dgn kunyit, garam, oregano dan black pepper crush
goreng dgn cara deep fried (minyak banyak)

Mix vege:
tumiskan bawang putih dan bawang merah, masukkan cili merah dan letak sos tiram sikit. Then masukkan sayuran. Siap!

dinasihatkan agar tiap kali berperot kosong jgn mulakan dgn pemakanan dr bahan yg berasaskan sambal atau apa2 saje yg pedas
