papercups nipis pun ok, as long as adunan jenis pekat dan ada support macam muffin pan...... kalau adunan jenis cair kalau isi penuh macam meleleh ke tepi je, tak berapa meninggi........
nak tinggi, boleh simpan di rack atas tapi ikut oven juga...... takut nanti hangus...... |

aritu sekali lg try resepi muffin sanku... nak try guna fresh strawberry tp rasanyer strawberry tuh banyak air... langsung tak menjadi... mcm tak masak pon ada. n terlalu lembab. any idea tak camna nak letak fresh strawberry ni eks? sebelum ni try letak apple and kismis mmg menjadi jerr. |

saya bila buat guna filling strawberry yg jual kat bagus, muffin tu jadi pecah kat area filling tu.mcm berlubang and filling tu kluar melimpah/meleleh. tak cantik. tak mcm blueberry filling elok je, moist. tu yg mcm serik nak pakai filling strawberry. |

adunan dia jadi macam kita nak buat cokodok. mesti ada silap tp tak tau apa sugar dah buat

adunan tu saya kira cair la, mudah je nak tuang dlm cup. Pas bakar, dalam tu lubang2 dia kekecik je, dense, x berapa spongy. Xtau betul ke idak jadinya tp saya mmg ikut bebetul resepi, x pandai nak modify lagi. |

jgm gaul lama2..cukup 6-8 kali kaup aja, asal tepung tu moist aja dah cukup, pastu biarkan kejap, maksudnya jgn terus dibakar. |

i found this muffin recipe from a blog. for someone yg tak berapa suka the texture of muffin n cupcakes, i really like this recipe because dia tak padat cam muffin and dia tak greesy cam cupcakes. it is very soft n very easy to make.
ni resepi muffin yg very soft itu. tho i kurangkan gula takut manis esp respi matsalleh.

Chocolate custard muffins
50g cornflour
3 level tbsp cocoa
100g dark soft brown sugar
225ml cold water
75g unsalted butter, cubed
125g dark chocolate, broken small
75ml sunflower oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
125g caster sugar
125g plain flour
2½ tsp baking powder
First make the custard: put the cornflour, cocoa, brown sugar and water into a saucepan and whisk together over a medium heat until boiling, very thick and smooth. Remove from the heat, beat in the butter and chocolate until melted and absorbed, then add the oil, vanilla and one of the eggs, and beat again until combined. Add the remaining egg and the caster sugar, and beat again until smooth and thick.
Measure the flour and baking powder into a bowl, stir together, then sift directly on to the custard and beat through until combined. Spoon into a dozen paper muffin cases sitting in the pockets of a muffin tray; heat the oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 4 and bake for 25 minutes.
i tanya kat kak shidah n kak lieza, nak buat strawberi and vanilla version out of this. they have been very helpful, in determing what to replace. thanks kakak2.
