Eden dah buat satay ayam (saya tak makan ayam,daging etc ~ saja menyibuk & suka suka buat utk my adik beradik) - maybe petang ni bolehlah bakar & tunjuk gambar

selaly aku buat satay goreng jer.. hehehehehe kes malas nak cucuk2..

tapi makcik sedara aku yg meniaga satay.. kasi petua, kalau tak mo lidi senang terbakor.... rendamkan lidi2 tu dlm air semalaman.. baru gunakan.. insya'allah. lidi tu takkan mudah terbakar.

Dinner semlm try buat satay sendiri..gara2 terjeles nengok gambor satay Achik Yaya..Saya bakar dlm oven saje..
Jgn gelak yer..first time dlm seumur hidup buat satay..gergasi pulak tu..




Lupa nak snap gambor..dah tinggal sikt dan dah sejuk baru teringat..

Betul ler Crank..rendam semalaman...Insyallah lidi tak terbakor walaupun lama kena panggang dlm oven tu..

Thank you NoorMasri sebab share resepi satay yg cam beli kat kedai:love::love:..next time kena kecikkan saiz..

semalaman ek..selalu Noor rendam beberapa jam ajek...lepas nih nak rendam semlaman gak la...mesti langsung tak hangus lidinya kan...kalau tak hangus leh recycle lagi..hehe

waaaaaa....sedaappppnya :clap:....secucuk 70 sen tuh..beso kalahkan sate kajang hahahaa..

Index...hang tak percik minyak sket ke masa bakar sate tuh..nampak kering sket....lagi pun sate kalau bakar dlm oven mmg akan kering sket berbanding atas bara...

Kuah Kacang Ayam



1 ekor ayam yg kecil saiznya
1 kg kacang tanah digoreng tanpa minyak dan ditumbuk
200 gm cili kering dibuang biji dan dikisar
10 batang serai dikisar
10 ulas bawang merah dikisar
1 inci lengkuas dikisar
5 ulas bawang putih dikisar
1 inci halia dikisar
1 ketul gula melaka
Air asam jawa
Air / Garam / Gula secukupnya

Cara

Kecutkan ayam sedikit bersama sedikit garam, dan ketepikan. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bawang merah dan bawang putih sehingga agak garing. Masukkan pula serai, lengkuas dan halia. Masukkan kacang. Masukkan air asam jawa dan gula melaka. Masukkan ayam. Masukkan air, garam dan gula secukup rasa.

Kak Noor, thank you for the resepi, saya dah dapat idea utk menambah baikkan lagi resepi kebab ayam saya.  Suami niaga kat basar ramadhan di Putrajaya, dah tunjuk hubby resepi ni, dia setuju nak modified resepi kami campur resepi kak noor.  Harap-harap menjadi.

nie resepi kuah sate family ayang..dijamin sedap..

bahan2 :

1 mangkuk kacang tanah ( disangai dan di kisar kasar )
lada kering
bawang kecil
bawang putih
halia
lengkuas
serai
garam
gula
minyak utk menumis

cara :

1. blenderkan lada kering, bawang kecil, bawang merah , halia dan lengkuas
2. panaskan minyak ( jgn sikit sangat...kuantiti mcm nak buat sambal tumis ) masukkan serai
    tumis serai sampai naik bau ( serai pun nak kene byk gak...5 ~ 6 btg )
3.masukkan bahan yg diblender...tumis sampai garing
4.masukkan air (sukatan air = 1 mangkuk kacang bersamaan dgn 3 mangkuk air)
5.apabila air dah mendidih baru masukkan kacang..kacau sampai sebati
6.masukkan garam dan gula..kalau letak gula merah skit lagi sedap...biarkan sampai pekat

p/s : nak sambal kacang lebih sedap..ini rahsianyer..bila kita perap ayam @ daging..mesti kuar
        air ayam @ daging kan..amik sedikit air tu masukkan dalam kuah sate yg tgh di masak..
        kalau masukkan sedikit ayam @ daging yg dah diperap tu lagi sedap!!!!
        cubalah..nie pun kami dapat dari arwah atuk angkat yg memang meniaga sate
