ANEKA RESEPI BERASASKAN IKAN BILIS

antara resepi simple kegemaran sy bila penyakit M melanda ialah ikan bilis goreng kicap

Bahan2:  ikan bilis (goreng dulu & letak ke tepi)
             bawang besar (dihiris bulat2)
             cili padi (optional)
             kicap cair/gula/limau kasturi

cara buat:  ikan bilis digoreng hingga garing & set aside
tumis bawang besar, masukkan cili padi. Pastu masukkan ikan bilis goreng tadi, tambah kicap, gula & perahan asam limau tadi...

sapa tau camana nak buat ikan bilis bersira cam satay ikan tuh...sedap sgt2..tak tau dia bakar ker goreng...yang pasti rangup, manis, pedas dan lazat...

ikan bilis leh gak kan..

sambal bilis petai



goreng petai smp layu, goreng ikan bilis-ketepikan

tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, n cili merah yg di blend(belacan skit)
masukkan 2 sudu cili mesin
masukkan sos cili n sos toram skit
masukkan garam n air asam jawa
kalau ada masukkan serbuk perasa ikan bilis..
masukkan gula

bila rempah dah masak, tutup api n gaul bilis n petai... petai leh diganti ngan kentang potong wedges

kat rumah anak suka buat ikan bilis + bawang besar + belacan sikit +cili api banyak...
goreng...
pas tu blend je sikit... malas nak tumbuk

wah.., terangkat makan dengan nasik panas2...

kalau ada jering, tumbuk bagi pecah, pastu goreng sekali....

Spicy myulchi bokkeum:
  • Stir 1 cup of small dried anchovy in a heated pan for 1 minute.
  • Add 1 tbs olive oil and stir it for another minute.
  • Push the cooked myulchi to the edge of the pan away from the heat.
  • Makesauce by adding 1 tbs hot pepper paste, 1 tbs sugar , ½ ts mincedgarlic, 4 ts water, ½ tbs corn syrup to the cleared spot on the pan.
  • Tip the pan so only the sauce is over the heat and simmer until the sauce looks shiny.
  • Mix the cooked anchovy with the sauce and then turn the heat off.
  • Add 1 ts sesame oil and ½ tbs sesame seeds.
* You can keep it in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks until youfinish eating it. When you eat it, put it at room temperature for awhile before eating, so it can get soft.

Ini pula ikan bilis goreng cili api n taucu, resipi ilham daripada thread masakan yg mudah dimasaktu..

saya tumis bwg merah, sedikit halia, cili api dan taucu..dah harum and garing baru masukkan bilis yang sudah digoreng terlebih dahulu..

Ini petua dari saudara-mara saya, semasa basuh bilis toskan betul2..sejat air, kemudian semasa menggoreng, masukkan beberapa titis cuka, insyaallah bilis tu akan rangup selamat mencuba
