    cgc tu SME bank ke? more or less the same thing happen to my fren.SME srh ltk FD for RM150k sbb nk secure her loan.so kwn i ltk, lps dh stamp n bayo duit loyer bagai, SME x gak release duit.ade kat sthn ding dong, my fren tanye nape x release lg.they pass my fren around, tp duit ttp x release.last2 ade officer ckp derang nk review sml my frennye LO sbb derang nk naikkan interest.suka hati makpak derang je kan?

pastu bile kwn i ngamuk, tergamak derang suruh myfren batalkan loan tu.pale hotak derang la.dah la setahun tunggu, beribu duit spent on legal fees, suka hati derang suruh batalkan.derang ni ade akai ke tadak?

dokumennya sama macam ms first kita submit dulu..cuma kalo ada tukar supplier..tambah supplier..
list of client/customer..kena la lampirkan/inform kat diorang..
macam anne ngan asben..kitaorang tukar premis..dari rumah now dah ada kedai..
so kena submit tenancy agreement..+ supplier baru..

yup..kami diadvice mintak maximum..tp berapa nk bagi tu terpulanglah kat pihak BSN..
agak2 lepas buat cover reno kedai haritu..ngan modal pusingan oklah..
last week..bsn shah alam dh datang..amik gambar kedai..
officer kata kami banyak improvement...so maybe application kami boleh lepas..

cgc... 10tahun yg lampau ... ditubuhkan untuk menjamin pinjaman2 yg dibuat di bank2 comercial.

sme... 10tahun yg dulu... ditubuhkan untuk memberi pinjaman kepada sykt2 yg SMALL & MEDIUM .. sykt2 yg berpotensi boleh berkembang..

sejarah dan objektif penubuhan memang bagus...

tetapi seperti juga kes2 sains & matematik dlm bahasa inggeris.. objektif penubuhan amatlah bagus...

yang tak bagus adalah..

PEGAWAI2 ATASAN YANG MENGURUSKAN DANA MEMPUNYAI KEPENTINGAN PERIBADI SEPERTI:-

1. sebaik mungkin MENYIMPAN SEBANYAK MUNGKIN TUNAI - supaya mereka dilabelkan sebagai CEO/COO/CFO terbaik dalam menguruskan dana

2. memberi kepada mereka yang DAPAT MENCANTIKKAN NAMA CEO/COO/CFO dalam industri perbankan

3. seronok dengan KUASA yang berada ditangan mereka untuk MEMBERI

4. seronok dapat memainkan emosi peminjam2

5. cuba menkormersialkan dan membuat dagangan lain - sebab itu terjadilah sebelum guna OD kena letak FD.

6. lain-lain seperti hanya memberi kepada kaum kerabat mereka atau mereka2 yg dapat memberi kepentingan.

tak per lah... take it easy...

KALAU ALLAH NAK BERI - TIADA SIAPA DAPAT MENAHAN

DAN KALAU ALLAH NAK TAHAN - TIADA SIAPA DAPAT MEMBERI

sabar dan redha.. usaha tangga kejayaan.. mungkin sebelum menerima,  kita terpaksa menempuh liku2 ni dulu..

sempat tanya dgn one of the bank CEO baru2 nie
naper strict sangat skrg?

jawapan dia:
"ramai sangat defaulters
hinggakan reputasi bank sendiri pun terjejas..."

akhirnya yang jadi mangsa.. peniaga2 lain..

harap2 yg dah dapat kemudahan tu.. cepat2 laa bayar
supaya kawan2 lain pun dapat merasa sama......

kerana usahawan lain gali lubang tak tutup2 lubang lalu buat lubang lain, usahawan lain yg nk buat loan turut jadi mangsa xdapat apply loan

tapi anne  suka cara bsn dlm cara pembayaran balik pinjaman..
which they took our 12 cheques in advance utk bayar balik pinjaman..
so by hook or crook we need to make sure hujung bulan duit sentiasa
ada dalam akaun untuk bsn potong..

after one year dh boleh bayar sendiri..
tp kami still nk byr dgn that method juga..sbb senang nk pantau..
and tak payah terkejar nak ke bank buat payment..

update sikit..

11th oct 2010 - the same contract application yg hantar kat cgc tu since may 2010, i hantar juga kat mara.

14th oct - cgc called said - they had changed the terms mcm i mintak. so kena tunggu b/w letter.

22nd oct - cgc called and said letter dah siap(lepas 8 hari), mintak sign, tapi after i checked this is what will happen
day 1 - i signed
day ??? - branch will submit to hq
2 weeks - hq will prepare legal documentation
1 week - IF everthing is ok - they will release a cheque... with additional condition - i might have to open another account with mayban at kelana jaya - OMG - I AM CURRENTLY HAVING AN ACCOUNT WITH MAYBAN - it just not at kelana jaya. bukan ker bukan account tu will take another 2 weeks???  tapi they insist A NEW ACCOUNT which they have the right to interfere the account.

i cannot decide and said monday nanti i come back to them.

monday, 25th oct - mara called said they had approved the loan, (after 11days submitted) can come now (within 24hour of approval), sign the letter. I come at 3pm sign letter, KP pun immediately sign, i bwk pegi stamping, and tunggu besok, utk htr document kat contract owner -

says - next week baru contract owner sign - after i send to mara - 3 days (kena berkampung kat mara) - cheque pun keluar -

so guys, if you are me, which one yg u akan ambil?? bear in mind - mara offer 4% and CGC 5%.

its obvoius cik hazel.go for MARA.After all the bad mouth about MARA, i think they really helps.my loan was approved within 2 week, got the cheque less than 2 weeks after the loan approved.what more can we say? kudos to MARA

kesian kat mara, they did not get the fund from govt.. (sebab govt banyak kasi fund kat GCG and SME)...

the only they have is fund yg lama (masa MECD masih ada).. lepas tu sape yg bayar hutang, dia guna duit tu, revolve utk kasi hutang kat orang lain..

tadi cgc called me, tanya bila nak sign document, i cakap takperlah... tunggu dulu.. so we talked about how strict their bosses is.. sampai keta default 1 bulan pun bole jadi penyebab cek kena tahan keluar.. as if the bosses tu tak pernah default any of his personal loan pun... oh ye terlupa pulak... keta bosses cgc bayar kan.. guna duit rakyat kot??

i cakap dgn officer tu.. kalau betul cgc nak tolong USAHAWAN MELAYU.. belajarlah dengan MARA.

btw - last week CGC kasi briefing kat JKR, calling up all contractors, konon product terbaru Tabung Pembangunan Usawahan Bumiputera Islam - tapi yg kasi talk is a CHINESE BRANCH MANAGER.. and he gave talk as if audience is all multi million punya contractor.. so like the officer in house said.. bosses never learn their market, understand the needs and dont have the sense of urgency..

k, nak pergi mara, nak submit documen stampin ... tu pun tak sampai $300/-

dari pembawaan cerita puan hazel tadi dapat saya simpulkan bahawa.....

alangkah MULIA sungguh Perdana Menteri kita yang bubarkan MeCD.....
sama seperti pegawai CGC tersebut....

kalau boleh start bisnes guna modal sendiri tanpa berhutang..ni bukan aku kata tapi Chef Li yang kata..walaupun modal RM500 tapi pastikan hujung tahun kita dapat keuntungan sekurang-kurangnya 2 kali ganda daripada modal. ok apa dapat sikit daripada tak dapat apa-apa. kita jangan terus nak bisnes modal besar pastu harapkan terus meletup..start daripada bawah dulu, pahamkan konsep perniagaan dulu..just my 1 cent..

    i think yg reply dlm ni semua dah bisnes besar2, so ade tools yg blh digunakan, y afraid.be bold. sbb tu i stop reading all the 'so called" financial motivation book by malay author i.e Azizi Ali n the like.they r being unrealistic.
