Sambal kena ada rasa manis sikit baru sedap...mak iols pesan kena cukup rasa..ada manis,masin,masa ...

Bagi kak teh yg penting sambal ni mesti nak kena manis...goreng bahan tumis lama2 api perlahan....bila cili dah masak....baharu tambah gula dlm 2tblspoon...masa ni warna sambal akan bertukar jadi merah perang sikit...last sekali baharu tambah garam air asam etc...

Air udang kat kulit lg sedop banding buang kulit semua..tapi kalestrol lagi tinggi nok
Dulu aku masak buang kulit pastu mak aku bising..xada rasa air udang sangat..aku just buang tahi, muncung dgn belah tengah

haah. patin tilapia banyak. weekend byk ikan bungkus kt pekan sari. frustrated dgn kualiti ikan laut yg sampai kt temerloh.

memang la manisnya lain. yg penting masak kena sekejap.kalau lama2 jadi liat xbest2. opah aku suka masak lama2 udang besar kecut sampai jadi beso 50sen.

org temerloh x msk mcm ni k.teh. jarang2 ltk asam jawa. gule pun skit je.as far as I know la.belacan pun bkn ingredient wajib.

kalu masak udang..better jgn buang kulitnya....selagi bleh telan kulitnya baik telan sbb kulit udang akan counter dgn kolesterol drp udang tu....

tp jgn la sampai x buang taik atas belakang tu kalu yer pon...

lps ni masuk balik bila dh tau dia carutkan sapa sambil masak sambal udang...org masak sambil berzikir br la sedap mknn tu...ni masak pastu membebel...aishhh

Udang kalo nak sedop kena goreng dulu ye lazim??
Aku biasa masak terus masak..tu pun masuk sekejap, takut overcook pulak

lain outcome dia kalau x grg.

grg sekjap dengan garam kunyit dlm 30-40 saat. balik balik kan je. angkat/ asingkan bru start buat sambal.. last bru masukkan semula udg yg dh grg..lebih sedap n manis

Belacan kalau sambal tumis ikan bilis jah kak teh letak....sambal telur/udang/ayam etc memang tak letak. Petai pun kak teh tak suka letak dlm sambal udang....kecuali udang putih biasa tu.
Yg penting bahan tumis tu kena masak betul2 sampai garing...kalau tak memang senang sakit perut lah kak teh.

Wana biasa buat stok sambal letak dalam fridge.. Kira dah kisar semua bawang, cili kering dengan belacan
Nak masak senang sikit kak teh terutama kalo bz..nak buat mee dan nasi goreng, masak sambal atau paprik.. Just terus ambil jer
Malam ni free nak try la resipi kak teh.. Jap nak tanya, kak teh terus tumis lada atau tumis bwg merah, bwg putih+ halia?? Sebab ada org terus tumis lada tapi ada kata nak lagi sedop tumis bawang dulu..
