Ya ke long? Saya dah senyum kat sini. Alahai penat buat homemade mee kuning ni tau. Sekarang dah malas dah buat dah. Ni yg saya buat time rajin dulu.



Nazha, time perut memboyot tu rajin masak cuba resipi baru.

PS. Sebab tak ada mesin mee, saya canai nipis sikit & potong je. Tu lah mcm kuay tiaw je.

Mention psl karipap, memang nak buat karipap & cakoi this weekend. Thanx kasi idea apa nak buat for breakfast weekend nanti. Rasanya nak bake je karipap dlm oven.

Bertuah you dpt husband yg nak masak. Suruh jgn tak suruh. Takut nanti kempunan. Kalau you nak crunchy a bit, nipis2 sikit. Just gunakan belakang sendok tu utk ratakan, mcm org buat thosai.

kalo takde piping nak buat churros tu camne..dia punya adunan mcm donut kan?kalo kita tarik time nak goreng tu bleh tak..ala2 mcm cakoi tuh..nazha ingat nak bulat2 kan dia pastu baru tarik sikit masa mengoreng..

Cuba u try masukkan dlm plastik. Lepas tu you kerat one of the bucu. Boleh tak, hari tu, tgh sedap2 buat, my piping bag terus koyak. So apa lagi, I just cubit2 masukkan dlm kuali. Jadi mcm cucur tapi kecik2 je lah.

ooo yelaa..baru perasan..adunan tu tak pakai yis..so dia tak ngembang mcm donut tu...adunan tu mcm lembik2 sikit hea mallan?lahh nak cari plastik la pulak...plastik kat umah halus2..

Dah nak try churros. Mujur mallan ada online. Memang dough dia lembik. Ikut cara mallan. InsyaAllah menjadi. Kalau ada acuan lagi mudah kerja.

Nak tanya kat kawan2 kat sini. Korang pernah tak masak laksa guna ikan sardin or tuna or salmon sbg ganti ikan kembung or ikan tenggiri?

PS. Saya tak suka makan laksa penang guna sardin. Memang tak tahan bau sardin. Maybe tuna or salmon okay pulak kot. Thanx.

Tuna or salmon tak pernah try lah Bai. I pakai ikan sardin chap ayam yg dlm tin tu. I basuh dulu sbb I pun tak suka makan sardin. So far bila basuh baunye tak kuat sangat.

Baru je minggu lepas buat laksa penang ni bila my kawan dtg rumah mintak tolong ajar buat karipap pusing. Ini gambarnye.

teringat masa kat tahiti dulu... masa pregnant dua-dua anak... semedang asyik cari churros je... kira macam ngidam la tu ek...

seronok tengok dia orang pakai mesinnya... keluar je, panjang-panjang, potong...pas tu, letak gula banyak-banyak... hmm.. yum.. yum..

harga sepuluh keping/batang tu 1000 franc pacific... (kurang lebih 9 euros), tapi dah suka, terpaksalah kubeli gak....

Thanx mallanhead. Saya paling suka laksa penang. Kat sini bnyk restoren yg jual. Paling best yg kawan saya beli dekat camp somewhere di Kuching. Sebab yg buat West Msian. Mesti org Penang. Tu lah rasa dia mengancam sgt. Kalau yg kat restoren biasa kurang sikit. Biasalah nak kena dgn tangan org Penang jugak buat.

Tengok gambar mallan dah meleleh air liur. Ni nak try Laksa Ganu. Thanx mallan kasi tips. BTW, sardin cap ayam tu memang sedap compared dgn brand lain & harga mahal sikit dr. brand lain.

Mlm ni tiba2 boleh masuk forum. Saya cakap kat org rumah masuk sekejap je. Kalau ada laptop boleh ambik internet wireless punya, alahaiiii....... mahu duduk depan laptop. Once addicted susah. Tapi so far dpt control compared zaman single mingle dulu2.

Ada acuan plastik tu yg jual kat kedai jual bahan2 kek/biskut. Actually kitaorg ada. Even yg diperbuat dr. besi pun ada ttp tak tau mana emak saya simpan. Yg tu best buat churros. Masuk je dough dia. Lepas tu tekan dia punya pemegang tu. Teringat dgn acuan utk org buat mee India tu. Apa nama dia yg warna putih mcm mee hoon. Lepas tu ada bubuh kelapa parut atas dia. Kan acuan besi tu ada beberapa jenis corak. Yg jenis star & besar sesuai utk churros.

I punya laptop dah konked out, hubby kata ter over heated. . Mana tak siang malam computer tu kat atas lap. Nasib baik gak dpt savekan all my koleksi recipes dan gambar2 resipi n anak2. Kalau tak menangis lah daku tak berlagu.

I buat tu pakai Hup Loong punya instant mixes. Kawan yg dtg tu teringin nak makan Penang laksa. Nasib baik gak lah kedai oriental cash n carry dkt kat rumah. Sebelum dia dtg hari tu sempat gak lari ke kedai cina tu. Macam2 mak datuk dia jual kat situ. Sempat gak beli kuah gado2 dan pecal segera. Tapi belum try lagi. Nanti2 try bila kawan2 dtg lagi.
