baru aje aku try bench press pertama kali dlm hidup aku. berat 40 kg 8 reps dlm 5 set. ok ke??

tinggi aku 180cm berat 85kg.

klo dah 100% effort kira ok la tu...try increase setiap minggu dgn plates yg plg kecik. You're huge man, patut dpt progress senang2 je ni

takdele 100% lagi. ade tinggal sikit lagi ruang untuk bernafas. lagipun firsttime kan. boleh lagi paksa 2-3 set kot atau tambah weight ckit lagi. tapi rilek le dulu. kang jatuh benda tu naya aje.

tapi ade satu budak dekat ctu lagi kecik saiz dari aku tapi boleh benchpress dlm 70kg camtu

sebab dia dah lama buat weight training, so strength dia pun tinggi la. actually strength ni bkn bergantung pd size, sebab tu powerlifter yg berbadan kecik pun boleh angkat 100 kg lebih.

dulu kalo cut, aku mesti buat high reps (dlm 15 kali), bila bulk up baru buat lower reps (8 kali). sebab apa yg aku belajar, kalo cut, high reps, kalo bulk up, lower reps. tapi last2 aku sedar, tujuan high reps waktu cut tu hanyalah utk burn more calories, (of course high reps ada faedah2 yg tersendiri mcm endurance etc tapi high reps waktu cut khusus utk burn more calories, setakat yg aku tau la), so kalau dah ada cardio, takyah buat high reps pun takpe, sebab cardio pun dah burn bnyk calorie. so skrg ni aku cuma buat 8 reps je walaupun tgh cut (instead of 15 mcm dolu2), jimat sket masa, lgpun buleh bajet kuat sebab angkat berat2. bila aku google psl benda ni pun, rupanya ramai gak BB yg buat lower reps waktu cut ni. apapun, setiap jenis reps ada kelebihan tersendiri, so nak pilih yg mana 1 depend pd matlamat/tujuan masing2 lah.

dulu aku mmg dah start bulk up, tp memandangkan terlajak ckit smpai gain more fat (selera makan kuat giler), terpaksa aku cut balik kejap. nasib baik 60 lebih kg je, kalau 70 lebih kg mcm waktu aku msh chubby dulu, tak ke haru...

dont go for Lipo session, teruskan je workout.
as for PT tu, try lagi free session dgn PT lain kalau ada. u boleh subscribe kalau u rasa betul2 berbaloi.

jangan avoid weighlifting, its not easy to get muscles pun. cuba tgk guys kt sini dh bape lama pn still susah. Women about 40x lower testosterone level camne leh senang2
anaerobic training ni essential dalam fat loss goal

high reps for cut, low reps for bulk tu sebenarnye teori dulu2 bro.
sebenarnye ada SEBAB kenapa pun diorg wat camtu, bukan suka2.

ok masa cut kita dalam caloric deficit, sudah tentulah tenaga tak sekuat masa bulk. dan sesetengah bodybuilder menggunakan cutting drugs, masa ni joint diorg pn kering sekali.
tak lagi campur dgn diet low water n sodium, injury mmg sng sgt berlaku.
so untuk mengatasi masalah ni, diorg wat low reps untuk pump dan maintain muscle mass saja.

mungkin ko leh besar kan ko punya lat lagi kot utk kasi balance
tu dia suh wat chin up or lat pull down
pastu middle shoulder pun kena kasi wide lagi baru ko punya obliques nampak balance
tp deads bg aku bukan setakat target obliques dan lower back...dia byk gak target core muscles yg lain
tu best tu buat deadlift

dan disebabkan lats aku tk keluar sgt, maka badan aku nampak flat dan tak v-shape...aduii aiii
