To sum it all up, 2 things that need to be AVOIDED in order to help protect the body from cancers are:
1. High acidity
2. low oxygen
what you can do is;
-alkalize your body as much as possible by eating food that will alkalize your body like green vegetables, lemon water etc
-avoid food that will make your body acidic like SUGAR and other simple carbohydrates (white bread, white rice etc)..
-increase oxygen level in your body by being active always, exercise regularly, do meditation and deep breathing regularly
-increase plain water intake, sip water throughout the day so it can help reduce acidity in your body
-avoid known carcinogens
-I would like to add that stress is also very bad for the body, so try to avoid stress as much as you can, manage stress well and be as positive as you can in every aspect of life

itu hanya naikkan risiko sikit aje
awak naik kete ai ni risikonya ialah kemalangan..still, awak naik je kete, kan?
