SEMOLINA [SUJI]

disini saya ingin berkongsi resepi menggunakan suji/semolina boleh dipelbagaikan selain buat talam dan biskut

SUJI MANIS

500 ml  susu
3 tbsp suji

20 gm ( agak 1 sudu makan)
1 biji telur-asingkan putih dan kuining
3 tbsp gula

gula untuk tabur

pukul telur  putih dan gula lebh kurang 5-7 minit. masukkan kuning telur  mix hingga warna agak kekuningan muda.biarkan seketika.
susu dan suji di masak menggunakan api kecil sampai agak berasap masukkan majerin.
majerin cair masukkan adunan telur  gaul cepat- cepat  hingga agak pekat.siap  masukkan dalam bekas. taburkan gula.bakar dalam oven hingga agak kekuningan jika mahu. kuih ni tahan 2 hari.



  

kalau ikut saya saya bakar dalam oven dalam masa 20 minit kemudian saya grillkan hingga ada kekuningan

teringat kek lama - nama kek tu kek lumut. menggunakan semolina. tapi cuma tahan 3 hari jer.

kat mana nak beli... berapa harga nye...
Dah try search...  keyword 'semolina'
betul kan ini rupe nya??

betul lah tu...dia berbiji2..kalu buat kek tak bes sbb bila gigit terasa biji2 dia tu....

ok terlanjur bincang2 pasal semolina aka suji ni....last year masa my sister buat kenduri doa selamat...I ada buat Semolina Cake guna resepi dari Cyberkuali The Star...by Amy Beh




Kek ni dia berderai/kering skit sbb tepung suji tu jenis berbiji2, ..rasa dia lebih kurang mcm butter cake gak....sedap gak...cuma masa gigit terasa biji2 semolina ni...

SEMOLINA CAKE
Recipe by Amy Beh
Cuisine: Western
Type of Dish: Bread, cakes and cookies
Cooking Method: Bake
  
Ingredients
250g butter
250g castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
50g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
175g semolina
100g almonds, chopped finely
5 eggs (separate yoke from white)

Method
Line and grease a 21cm square baking tin. Preheat oven to 180篊.
Cream butter, sugar and essence until fluffy. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift in flours and stir in semolina gradually.
Beat egg whites until just stiff and stir into creamed butter mixture. Finally, add the chopped almonds.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until cake is cooked when tested with a wooden skewer. Place cake on wire rack to cool.

Note: Saya tambah kismis dan ceri skit.....

ada...ni speed beli kat kedai alatan2 kek lah ni....tp kat pasaraya pun ada jual....tepung suji/semolina....
