Power mata tinggi sangat

Hye semua saya nak tanya and nak mintak pertolongan dan pendapat.. saya baru umur 18thn tapi power mata saya 750+ both eyes.. parents dua2 mmg rabun n dah buat laser, adik2 beradik semua pakai spect.. skang tgh study so byk guna com and mcm power naik lagi.. mcm mana nak turunkan power? takut sangat la.. selalu pergi college pakai contect lens and mlm pakai spect, kira gilir2.. ada sesape boleh tlg?? saya takut sangat coz untuk umur saya power tinggi sangat.. =,(

plz recommend la saya apa2 ubat or anything.. need it badly..

Sebabkan ameer masih lg blajar,mmg power mata leh naik lg tinggi.And umur 18 dah, if nak pakai myopic control lenses (multifocal lenses cam org tua tapi untuk bdk2)kira dah agak terlambat(coz kanta ni ekceli membuatkan mata kite relax bile membaca,mmg bagus kalu pakai dari awal2).So akak cadangkan maybe  leh try guna CL yang separa keras(RGP lenses).Kanta RGP ni lain sangat2 dr soft lenses yang ameer pakai sekarang sbb soft lenses hanya ikut je contour mata kite but RGP ni dia menekan sket kat mata.Banyak org yg guna RGP ni power depa alhamdulillah leh kontrol,kalu naik pun tak ketara sangat.Tang mane nak dapatkan RGP ni ameer leh g mane2 premis optikal yg ade optometris.Depa leh terangkan dengan lebih lanjut bout RGP ni.
Selain tu,untuk kontrol power mata kena amalkan penjagaan mata yang baik.I mean selain pakai spek or CL dengan power yg sesuai(if overpower or x cukup power leh effect untuk mata jd lebih penat,thus increased in power),cara kita guna mata tu sendiri penting.Cara-caranye,kalau kite membaca,pastikan keadaan pencahayaan cukup and jangan membaca sambil baring.If guna komputer plak jangan terus menerus tenung komputer tu,bg mata kita rehat,about 30 mins or 40 mins kena rehatkan mata,pandang jauh or lebih baik lg pandang green scenery.Last but not least, ameer leh gak amik supplement untuk mata cam pil bilberry or paling senang makan lebih sayuran especially carrot.

terima kasih banyak2 ye.. tapi pil yang akak recomend tue mahal la, rm115 satu botol untk 1bln.. huhuhu..

brand tu je kot mahal,ade brand yang x sampai Rm 30 pun,kalu tak silap dari Cosway

Saya pun ada check kat farmasi anis kat serdang ni.

Harganya RM 85.00 je (100 biji). Yang baru (Natberry + satu lagi berry) tu namanya Natberry Plus. Tu RM 105.00 (100 biji)

Pharmacist tu kata natberry memang bagus untuk mata...

Mungkin betul tu... Tapi cuba bandingkan berapa MG (miligram) benda tu berbanding yang ada kat farmasi tu. Mungkin dia murah sebab mg dia rendah? Atau ia memang murah...

Dietary Supplement



Eyesight Rx is a potent combination of nutrients and herbs. A quarter of a tablet would be appropriate for most people. We prefer users not mix many other supplements on the day they take Eyesight Rx since it is potent by itsellf.

Suggested use: Break and crush the tablet with your front teeth and melt a quarter under the tongue and keep it there at least for 2 or 3 minutes before swallowing the remains. Since each person has a different requirement, your dosage can vary. Most users do fine with a quarter or third of a tablet.

Seniors: Take a quarter of a tablet if you are over the age of 60 and use evey other day. Consult with your doctor regarding the use of this supplement.


Eyesight Rx is best used in the morning or midday. Evening use may cause insomnia. Taking one or two fish oil capsules in the morning may help the effects of Eyesight Rx.  

Eyesight Rx Side Effects:
The side effects of Eyesight Rx include insomnia, (if half or a full tablet is taken late in the day) and rapid heart beat if more than one tablet is taken several days in a row.  We discourage taking a full tablet. This product is more potent than we expected therefore a quarter of a tablet is a good amount.
   Do not use Eyesight Rx the same day as Passion Rx, SAM-e or other supplements that have a stimulating nature.

Other ingredients: Sodium bicarbonate, Citric acid, Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide, Modified cellulose, Natural orange flavor, Stevia (Stevia rebaudiania), water.

Q. Can children or teenagers take Eyesight Rx?
   A. This product was formulated for adults and we don't have much experience with its use in children or teenagers. If your child's doctor approves, a smaller dose such as a fifth or eight of a tablet can be used 3 or 4 times a week.

Q. Can I take Eyesight Rx with another eyesight product bought by another company?
   A. Most likely you would not need to since Eyesight Rx is potent by itself.

Q. Is it okay to have a glass of wine or beer on the day that I have taken Eyesight Rx?
   A. Yes, as long as you limit it to one drink.

nmpk lagi trg dr biasa..untuk biasakan lepas operation..hmm lama jgakla..
