nak share dengan forumers tentang hockey -
saya memang minat sukan ni -
dulu masa sekolah siap wakil malaysia
lawan antara sekolah2 di singapore
(vs singapore   thailand   indonesia )
tu TU dulu la -
sekarang cuma tengok kat TV aje -
minat tak macam dulu  tapi still
baca tentang tu --

in fact masa pakistan players datang
malaysia dulu - gi stadium tun razak lagi -
sebab pemain2 depa memang la good looking
hensem sangat sangat --  pandai main lak tu --

forumers kat sini  tak ada ke yang minat hockey --
memang permainan dia ada sikit dangerous juga -
tapi not easy though..... ----

kalau ada yang nak share tentang hockey --
jom la --
mesti ada yang minat  hockey gak kat sini --

Hockey: Entire Doha squad sacked

After their failure at the Doha Asian Games, the entire national hockey team has been axed.

THE national hockey team that finished sixth in the Doha Asian Games have been disbanded, and replaced by a new squad of mostly national juniors.

Sarjit Singh has been picked by the Malaysian Hockey Federation抯 management committee to assume the position of national team chief coach.

The new squad抯 main target is to qualify for the 2012 London Olympics.

The committee, chaired by MHF deputy president Tunku Abdul Majid Sultan Iskandar, felt that it would be 搕oo taxing

Ramlan shocked by MHF decision

THE Malaysian Hockey Federation抯 decision to disband the national squad could have drastic implications on the sport抯 financial support by the Government.


This was stated by National Sports Council (NSC) director general Datuk Dr. Ramlan Abdul Aziz who expressed surprise over the MHF抯 shock move.

Dr Ramlan said while he respected MHF抯 decision, he felt that disbanding the squad that finished sixth in the Doha Asian Games was rather drastic.

saya main gak masa skolah menengah dgn masa Uni..skang ni jadi spectator aje bila ada match kat stadium hoki bukit jalil..skuad malaysia makin merudum jer prestasi

emmm... suka gak tgk hoki nih.. tapi tak pernah main.. eh antara padang rumput ngan padang sintetik ke ape tu yg tiruan tuh mana yg best ek kalo korg main?

main gak Hoki masa skolah ngan institut dulu..masa skolah main full bek..penat ooo main bek..bila dah level institut  main keeper..best..masa skolah x brani jadi keeper sebab acceroies x complete..giler xde helmet..skolah aku satu2nyer yg xde helmet..dah la pad pakai rotan punyer..zaman tok nenek..giler..skarang ni follow gak..keciewa ngan Malaysia punyer perfomance..kena tiru korea la..diaorang main xde skill sangat..tp pantas ngan lasakk..kalo style Pakistan ngan India banyak skill tp x laju sangat game..sikit hari lagk..malaysia kena ayam jek ngan jepun +China..

padang turf..sedap turf lagik..tapi bola laju kalo padang turf ni..kena pakai kasut turf..passing bola pun senang..kalo padang rumput bola slow..nak passing pun susah.tersekat2..main pulak pakai kasut but tuh..

aku main hoki sampai wakil daerah....kat kl jer.
sempat gak main kat padang turf kat stadium pantai tuh.
selalu jadi mid-fielder. jaga tempat kosong
layan gilee!

skrg dah tak maen dah. tgk pun tak minat. asyik kalah jer.
next year join team uni lak. huhu.......hoki aussie lak...kan derang terrer.

National team not disbanded, clarifies Tunku Majid

JOHOR BARU: The national hockey team that played in the recent Doha Asian Games have not been disbanded.  

This was confirmed by Malaysian Hockey Federation (MHF) deputy president Tunku Abdul Majid Idris Sultan Iskandar yesterday.

Tunku Majid, in clarifying a newspaper report that the national team had been disbanded, said at least half of the current team will still be retained.

揑 never said the team had been disbanded. The core of the new team will be youngsters. Those who played in the 2005 Junior World Cup in Rotterdam are in the present team and they can still contribute to our cause. How can you throw them out?
