Cramps

Lately mac selalu kene cramp. Kadang2 tengah tidur pun boleh terkena. Selalu yempat yang kena is bahagian chest, buttocks and peha. Bila kena tu, sakitnya mak oiii....

Why does this happen? How to avoid getting it? Rasa remeh la pulak nak jumpa doctor just to complain pasal kena cramp.

dolu2 selalu cramp kaki (simpul biawak) time pregnant. sekarang ni tak pregnant pun cramp. blood not circulating correctly agaknya.

1) Kekurangan garam dalam badan boleh juga menyebabkan cramp...saperti Sodium, magnesium, calcium dan potassium

2) Kekurangan vitamin B1, B5, B6

3) Dehydration

4) Muscle fatigue menyebabkan banyak lactic acid berkumpul dalam otot. Ini biasa terjadi selepas melakukan aktiviti lasak

   Banyak minum air terutamanya yg mengandungi garam saperti 100 plus sebelum dan selepas melakukan aktiviti lasak. Urut bhg otot yg biasa kena cramp sebelom tidur.

saya ni baru dengar ada cramp kat bahagian dada.  ingat kaki je yg boleh kena cramp

Maybe your calcium level is low..but cramp is normal if you're pregnant.need to discuss with your doctor

Kalau u gunakan minyak sapu Auroma, InsyaAllah cramp u akan berkurang dengan segera.
