AMI is caused when da blood supply ke certain bhgn jantung terganggu....maybe because of ade sumbatan kat arteri ke jantung tuh....so, akan terjadi kekurangan oxygen kat certain part of da cardiac...tis hypoxic area will lead to ishaemic n potential death of the heart tissues...so, bile dah ade kawasan yg tak dapat oxygen n ischaemic, akan rase saket la....chest pain is one of da symptom...selaen tuh, ade vomitting, nausea, sweating n etc....tapi, bkn sume org akan rase symptom2 tuh...n tis AMI kalo tak dapat rawatan lanjut, boleh fatal coz ade bhgn yg tak dapat terima oxygen and as we noe, heart is one of our vital organ....
bout da treatment : kalo tak salah, org salu wat bypass surgery...ubat2 yg dibagi tuh, aku tak bape tau la....
