Ok here we go.

1) Install FAR manager 1.70 -->> http://farmanager.com/files/FarManager170.exe
2) Download sefp plugins ---> http://www.wikiupload.com/download_page.php?id=62269
Extract the sefp plugins to FAR''s plugin folder, normaly C:\Program Files\Far\Plugins\SEFP
i.e the files should look like
C:\Program Files\Far\Plugins\SEFP\sefp.dll
C:\Program Files\Far\Plugins\SEFP\bin\*
C:\Program Files\Far\Plugins\SEFP\scripts\*
3)flash your w810''s MAIN firmware with w810_p3k_dcu.49R.ssw.-->> http://www.wikiupload.com/download_page.php?id=64099
Use phoneXS2 to do this. -->> http://www.wikiupload.com/download_page.php?id=64112

3.5)Disconnect your phone, remove the battery and reinsert it
4.0)Start Farmanager, press F11, chose SEFP plugin (press S), chose your connection type, speed and boot script to use (w810). Click on "enter the matrix".
5)do whatever you want to the FS folder. (change drivers, sounds, phone images etc).
To remove the operator logo change the Layout.xml file in the layout folder
-->>FS/tpa/system/layout
, change it with the 'layout.xml' file here:-->> http://www.wikiupload.com/download_page.php?id=64166
6)keep clicking on ".." (higher folder) till FAR asks you if you want to stop the SEFP plugin.
7)Disconnect your phone, remove the battery and reinsert it
8)Use PhoneXS2, flash your MAIN firmware back to the phone (example W810_R4DB005_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_CID49.mbn)
9)Disconnect your phone, remove the battery and reinsert it
10) All done. Start your phone

Important note:
DO NOT flash your File System. Its not needed. And you might want to download SEFP Plugins. Carik aa kat google.. or http://forums.se-nse.net/ there a bunch of firmware mods,tweaks and tips there waiting for you all to discover.

Last skali all the best and good luck..aaa..remember not to flash ur FS

kalau cara ni diperlukan orang yang benar2 terer dalam flash handphone.
Macam flash kan K750i kepada W810i tuh..
Apa nama kedai tu yer....
dah lupa dah..

It is not that tough if u are passion and know what to do
with what software.. seriously, banyak tutorial. i flashed my GDFS once
sebab salah write.. yeah i learn from my mistake.. nasib buat backup
but hey theres a lotta alternatives outside there.. me myself still
on learning.. lepas nie nak kerja kan iphone lak..

Or you can remove the logo with a shorter method;

1. Download XS++ (SE-NSE) or Google it
2. Turn off your phone, Take out simcard and memory card
3. Open XS++, it will state
  12:33:42| XS++ v3.1 (Darwin) Ready !
    12:33:42| Executed on Microsoft Windows XX xx means what os u r using
4. The press start it will state
     12:34:46| TURN OFF PHONE!
     12:34:46| Hold 'C' button on phone and connect phone NOW.
     12:34:46| You have 30 seconds...
5. Then select the FSX radio button It will state
  12:35:33| Please wait while XS builds a list of directories...
     12:35:33| Activating filesystem
     12:36:09| Device FS mapped...OK!
6. Look at your right pane all the directories is listed there.
7. Make your way to /tpa/system/layout and delete LAYOUT.XML (u can easily get the original by googling it)
8. Download this new modified layout HERE save and extract it on your desktop for easy finding
9. On your XS++ click upload while inside the /tpa/system/layout and upload the new layout.xml and it should read like this
13:04:16| Uploading C:\Users\xxxxxxx\Desktop\LAYOUT.XML to /tpa/system/layout/LAYOUT.XML
    13:04:16| Creating directory /tpa
    13:04:16| Creating directory /tpa/system
    13:04:16| Creating directory /tpa/system/layout
    13:04:16| Deleting file /tpa/system/layout/LAYOUT.XML
    13:04:16| Deleted...OK!
    13:04:16| Uploading file /tpa/system/layout/LAYOUT.XML
    13:04:16| Done uploading
10. If you have not other intrest in modding, Please click SHUTDOWN and the click YES (THIS IS VERY CRUCIAL) and it will read like this
    13:07:17| Shutting down FS Services
    13:07:17| Shutdown...OK
    13:07:17| Disconnecting phone...
    13:07:17| You may now unplug your phone.
    13:07:19| FSX Shutdown!
    13:07:19| Disconnected... Unplug the phone
11. DONE put in back everything and walla takde lagi operator logo.. yeah.. indeed a simple remove,upload,done procedures

I will upload the original LAYOUT.XML for future, yelah who know u might wanted to sell your phone.
