Salam semua...
saya nak tanya apakah perbezaan antara minyak masak kelapa sawit,minyak jagung dan minyak zaitun?saya skrg tgh diet tp teringin nak mkn mknn bergoreng....yg saya tahu minyak jagung dan minyak zaitun takde lemak dan kolestrol...btl ke? |

If you are dieting, the best oil to use is nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray. The amount that comes out during a one-second spray is so small that it adds an insignificant amount of fat to a recipe.
Otherwise, the alternative is olive oil. I use extra virgin olive oil sebab sedap.
As for deep frying - better stay away from it. There's no benefit whatsoever from eating deep fried food. So, for deep frying - the best minyak masak? I don't know.

guna olive butter tak pun grape seed oil..pastu masak cara pan fried
kalau perlu sangat nak goreng..cth mcm ayam..u bleh stim dulu bagi dia 3/4 masak then deep fried/pan fried kejap jek utk rangupkan bhg luar
boleh goreng makanan tapi teknik kene betul baru dia tak jerap minyak sgt n gunakan vegetable oil yg kurang/takde kolestrol..good quality minyak sawit, minyak jagung..grape seed oil
errr.. extra virgin olive oil the best guna camtu jek utk salad or ala2 baked kejap... tak advisable sgt utk frying

pernah terbaca yg extra virgin olive oil tuu a very healthy oil lerr sbb banyak nonsaturated fat (yg baik lerr.... saturated ke non saturated tak hengat ler plak hehee) but very sensitif to kepanasan.. so mayb kalau kita panaskan dulu, the quality dah kurang lerr. |

Betul tu cicah ngan roti je atau roti kering.
Selalunye extra virgin olive oil bukan utk dimasak sbb dia tak tahan high temp heat. Pakai normal olive oil utk masak. Extra virgin olive best kalau buat dressing, sauce or just drizzle on top of your makanan.

saya baru terbaca dlm email psl minyak ni.
saya tak sempat nak buat research lebih lg psl terms dlm email tu but dia bgtau dlm minyak ada tiga komponen:
PUFA-protects heart
MUFA-reduce blood cholestrol
SFA-increase blood cholestrol, harden blood vessels leading to heart attack/brain stroke.
Kandungan SFA ada bnyk dlm palm oil (kita banyk guna hari2 kat malaysia ni) & also in coconut oil.
But if we use sunflower oil or maize oil, kandungan SFA ni kurang dr dlm palm oil.
saya bakal bertukar ke maize/sunflower oil. kena fikir ttg family health coz as we know heart attacks & stroke cases keep on increasing nowadays. at least kat rumah kita guna minyak lain. kalo makan kat luar tu tak dapek nak tolong la ek.. |
